Amazing console that allows you to take on the go.

We purchased this as a family console. It is fun to play and show our son the games we grew up playing with. (Downloaded a pack of games on Nintendo online). Enjoy playing Mario Kart. The Joy cons take some getting use to they are smaller than a regular remote. We are waiting on adaptors to add on to them to make them a little bigger. We do not plan on using it as a portable device much and haven’t done so but it would be a good one for long trips. I would definitely recommend to others. We were told it’s best to buy actual games and not download because it would require a lot of space without a SD card. We have not purchased one but will if we absolutely need some space.

The Switch is a solid system, which may even be good enough to redeem Nintindo after the Wii U. My kids play on them for as long as I allow them to. Sadly, the availiable streaming services for Switch are limited to YouTube, Funimation, and Hulu. The graphics feel on par with the PS4 or Xbox One, but the portability and versatility put it ahead according to the kids. The game selection has quite a few less options when it comes to the bloody, gory, and zombie filled horrors they prefer, but I feel a bit better about the more kid friendly games they can play on these.

The switch is a game console that I wish I had as a child. Who wouldn't want to pause a game while playing it on TV and to pick it back up again on a car ride all without losing any progress. It's definitely worth protecting it with a case and glass screen protector.

It’s a wonderful station for the kids. And also for us parents when we wanna have a little game night.

Ever since I saw the Switch revealed, I thought it was amazingly designed. I love that the console can be played on a big screen TV or its smaller portable screen, that the Joy-Cons can be used as either 1 or 2 controllers, and that there's HD rumble that picks up even the smaller details when moving or impacted. The fact that the portable screen is capable of displaying in HD and running at 60 frames is awesome as well! The battery can last anywhere from 2-6 hours depending on the game, brightness, volume, and time spent using wireless features. It also charges using USB-C, which is used to charge many phones, making it convenient. While there may be a few design flaws, I believe this is a very unique console that is worth the $300!

The switch is nice to have on the go works really well as a mobile console as well as docked. I bought this with Zelda which is amazing. Hopefully more games come out for the switch, the lineup so far isn't great. The graphics do not compare to the xbox or the PS4, if your looking for game console for graphics i wouldn't get a switch. If you want the Nintendo games - Mario, Mario kart, Zelda, Smash Bros etc... then i think its worth it.
