Switch
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally got this for our son. When absolutely loves it. He can connect it to his TV or take it on the go. Now long car rides are more enjoyable for him. Lots of games to choose from and we just download them right onto his switch.

I Finally Found It In Stock!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a great find. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get this before Christmas as it was sold out everywhere else. I had no issues getting this item. My only issue was that the employee lifted it out of the non descript packaging when bringing it to my car and it was a gift for my son, who was in the car! Ugh! But I was able to come up with an excuse so that he did not know it was for him. The device was in perfect condition and I love the portability and ease of set up. I don't mind having to repurchase games for different consoles, I just wish the gaming community had a way to save progress on an account for a particular game and use that progress across consoles. I hate that you have to start over when using familiar games on a different gaming system. One can only dream!

Everywhere is Fun console
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t say enough about how much fun the Nintendo Switch is, my kids and I love playing different games at home, and on the go. My son was able to take Let’s Go Evee with him while we went grocery shopping, took long trips on the road, or anytime he wanted to play with his friends; completed the game in under a week. I was able to play Let’s Go Pikachu at home on the TV while he was at school, the switch makes playing game so easy, and fun. I can make dinner and bring the game with me, the removable controllers allows me to play while cooking, cleaning, and even while taking a bath. That’s so dope. Bubble baths have been so much fun since buying the console. Zelda, Pokémon, and Animal Crossing are great games, paired with the Switch makes me think what else Nintendo can come up with next.

Perfect portable gaming console for everyone
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took forever and a day to finally be able to purchase the Nintendo Switch since it kept swapping between being in stock and being out of stock, but it was well-worth it. It connects and disconnects to a TV with ease, the battery life of the Joy-Cons is admirable, and the sturdiness of the console itself is very nice. The ability to have multiple user profiles (up to 8) is very nice, making it possible for multiple people to share the console with ease. The Joy-Cons make it possible for two people to play most multiplayer games without having to purchase additional controllers. The dock makes it possible to connect and disconnect from the TV with ease, meaning no more bickering over who gets to play Zelda and who gets to watch Netflix. All in all, exactly the console I needed, even if purchasing it is a struggle.

The greatest system!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my opinion the Nintendo Switch is the best gaming system on the market. There are so many amazing games available for it and it is incredible that you can play the switch in three different formats, handheld, on the screen provided or on a tv.

Perfect Game System
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this system, it is so easy to use and the battery life is great. I would recommend this system to anyone that asked about it. Most of the games are amazing on the screen and some need the tv, but overall it is perfect.

10/10 recommend
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A switch is simply an amazing machine. Of course, the graphical power is limited, but the portability is what matters here. Love how there are hundreds of gaming titles available and the ability to dock and play with friends!

Best console for family fun!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been on of the best consoles to play with family and friends. All the multiplayer Mario games are fun and allow us to pass some time and make some good memories with friends. This console is simple to use, has good battery life, and seems durable for normal use; it sure does make a great system for on the go as well! Usually, this is used as a handheld gaming device for our long road trips our family takes. We are truly enjoying this system and can't wait to add more games to our library!

The switch
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keeps the kids busy on long trips. The battery last long and there are plenty of games for the system. The games tend to be a little pricey, but does have a whole bunch of classic games for the older generation to play.

hard to find but worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easily goes from hand held to tv flawlessly. Battery life is much longer than the original. Games play faster, load up time is fast. My only real complaint is how often the thumbsticks on the controllers eventually drag or wont work

So far we love it (with an update)
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Nintendo Switch has so many different gaming options all in one that we can switch between (probably why it's called a switch). We played games on our Android TV and got a bunch of fun attachments. All good so far!!!! 1 year Edit - Whelp we are now dealing with what the internet calls the "orange screen of death" after only a year of having it. It's not charging correctly and then today the only screen we could get was an orange screen....looked it up and apparently this is what happens when it detects a "catastrophic failure" hence "the orange screen of death". I have a replacement plan and will talk with Best buy and the geek squad but the fact that we're having to do this a year in is very frustrating. I guess better a year in than after the plan expires. Will update again with what happens.

Nintendo's best console
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This console changes the game, being able to use it as a handheld or on the TV is amazing, the games are so plentiful, every direction is a game for someone. It may not have cutting edge specs but it's fun and innovative as always.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Switch is a great device, I put off buying one for a very long time but I don't regret the decision at all. The screen and sound are great, the design is attractive, it's just a solid system with a lot of good game options. Based on info from friends with the older version, the battery life improvement in the current version is dramatic. Depending how much I'm playing, I can get through a day without charging. If you do plan on playing for hours when the Switch isn't docked, you may want to consider some kind of ergonomic grip as an add-on as it can cause some thumb/wrist strain (depends on the person), more than just holding a regular controller. You'll probably also want to spring for the Nintendo Online subscription, but it's a pretty good deal and gives you access to a fun retro game library too.

Versatile - handheld and docked as a game console.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great gaming console! The biggest sale point of this game console is its "convertible" feature, which means you can take it out and play it like a handheld game device, while it can be docked and output to TV when it is at home. When it is in "handheld" mode, the screen is touchable as well, like a mini tablet. To be fair, it's not the most powerful and nicest screen output like 4K you can find from competitor like PS4/5. So, if you are a hardcore video game fans that quality of screen output is your first priority, this is not for you. The screen output is HDMI 1080p, but it's more targeted for people who are looking for a versatile solution, can be played handheld and docked to output to big TV screen. Of course enjoy lots of motion games with the joycon.

Perfect Christmas present
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I haven’t owned a system since the PS2 So this was a severe upgrade for a Christmas present. I tested 2 games on the switch to make sure it worked before it was put away until December and I have to say it is the best thing I’ve ever played on. The two games I tested out was Legend of Zelda:BOTW and the my hero academia fighting game the second one. The joycons I believe that’s what they are called work flawlessly, the colours and display were amazing and out of everything just an amazing buy didn’t die quickly either which was a plus. I was going to get the lite version but my best friend is partially blind so I got the actual switch that sets up to the TV and the test out was great she was able to play fine and not get close to my tv. So this is perfect:)

I've bought these for all my relatives.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Switch is great. Not nearly as powerful as XB1 or PS4, but fantastic for: Nintendo games, indie/retro games, portability, get-togethers, etc. I have a dock in 3 different rooms of my house as well as work, so anybody can play their games wherever. It's so convenient to be able to play Smash Bros or Overcooked with friends in my living room, take a little break w/ some Tetris in the office, continue playing an RPG when I'm stuck with some downtime elsewhere, etc. There's more than a few games I probably wouldn't have gotten around to finishing without this convenience. Nintendo has a lot of great games to play. This particular switch went to my grandparents, who already have 500+hr on Animal Crossing. I'd say Nintendo nailed it this time, if they just had a good D-pad JoyCon variant.

I finally found the holy grail!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Look, seeing this finally in stock after three months was a godsend. I was starting to see prices going for at least $400-500 for one. So, when I found this in stock in best buy, I just threw money at them. It arrived on time and I was very happy for my purchase! I wanted to get this one as it has a better battery life than the older version. On a side note, I would recommend getting (at least) a screen protector & maybe the pro controller if you are going to game heavily. I used the joycons for a couple of days and they feel too thin for my tastes. They're fine, but I feel like I'm going to break the A button. I'm just happy I finally got one, and if you're looking for a regular Switch and have the money, buy it immediately because it would go out of stock within hours.
