Great handheld for kids and their parents too. Lots of games for all ages available via download. Easily connects to a TV or monitor with HDMI. Would be better if it had bluetooth for audio.

Very surprised. Definitely an upgrade from the system a used back in the day. I bought this as a gift for my son for Christmas. The quality and functionality of this device is very astonishing.

It’s a gaming system so not much new info I can say. But I will say amongst me and my children we all have one ( 3 switches and 1 lite). They all charge quick and hold a charge for a good amount of play time. There are tons of gaming options and the ability to play together online. I do love the ability to hook to your tv to play on a full screen. If your a gamer or know one it’s a great gift at any age.

Gave this as a birthday gift to my boyfriend, he was so pumped! The space grey is super sleek and is fine to have out in the open in our apartment. I've never been one for video games, but it's actually pretty entertaining.

I'm not a major gamer, but this console is great for all around fun with the family. It is perfect for all ages!

although I think it's a cool piece of technology and I'm giving it s 5 star. Nintendo is a fool. they release hardly any games for it and I feel like I bought nothing. one day when games are available my opinion will change.

The Switch is meant to give us the best of both worlds, gaming on the go and at home console experience. I feel like its delivered that so far but its very early only 1 week after launch. Hardware wise its a great piece of tech with what you need to play games and enjoy them. Its pretty bare UI and eshop makes it hard to say its absolutely amazing but I think its a great starting point those things will evolve with time and get better. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again I've enjoyed it and look forward to seeing what comes next.

Was hesitant to purchase at first with detachable controllers and kids, but so far has worked out great. Carity of games has our whole household playing together and downloads of games are so fast compared to our Xbox One.

Easy to use and very original console, what make it even more special is an excellent Super Mario Bro and Zelda games

This is the next step in gaming. You can play it in the car and play it at home on a TV. Very genius of an idea.

Very good and works perfectly. Only downside is needing a capture card just to livestream with it.

Its a really fun console and I love how mobile it is but it is missing some of the standard features that others consoles have. It does not support Netflix nor does it have a well functioning internet browser. There is a backdoor that you can use to access the web but it has very limited functionally.

I love this console. It’s my first game console since Nintendo 64, so I was a little hesitant as to whether I would love another gaming console as I did the 64. My fears were quieted instantly. The practicality of having this console connect to the tv screen or take it on the go is priceless. Of course the first game I bought with it was Mario 3D All Stars. There hasn’t been a day I haven’t played since getting it.

This is the console that brought me back to Nintendo. It is extremely convenient to have. I switch from playing on the TV to the console and the other way around as well. It is really easy and you can just continue playing where you were. It is very comfortable to play on its own screen. I actually like playing on it more than on the TV but both are great. I would recommend it for anyone that likes Nintendo. Con is that there is no YouTube or Netflix available on it yet but Nintendo announced it is coming in the near future.

I am a Nintendo lover, and will only buy Nintendo(I will never own any Sony product, and Xbox is just too much... I like the classic games. Nintendo owns everything that sony and xbox does not. Incuding Atari, nameco, all sega products ect...) I like the ability to play on go, keeps the kids occupied. Not good to use on road, as my son has gotten motion sickness, and I have as well. Seems wierd but true. Awesome product. Would buy it again. Cartridges are very small. Buy a case/holder.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Switch experience so far. I've experienced no left joy-con sync issues or wifi issues. If you're a Nintendo fan, you'll likely be satisfied whether it's now or later on when more games come out. As a piece of hardware, it's very cool but it has issues. First, it is missing some key features that really should be here. Things like Netflix, party chat, virtual console, etc...are all absent for now. They are coming, and that's important but they are not here yet. Maybe once they are here, it will deserve 5 stars but as it stands, 4 stars is sufficient. Second, the battery life on the Switch isn't great. That's really only an issue with portable play, but with a console that's using portability as a selling point, this is important. There are steps you can take to help the battery but the reports you've heard so far of 2.5-5 hours are pretty accurate. I do still recommend the console but that's mostly to do with the games it offers. Zelda, Bomberman, Snipperclips, are all really fun and that's the key word, fun. The Switch is fun and if you like that, pick it up.
