I bought one on release loved it but game library was low so I sold it to get a Rift. Bought it again and am not sorry I did. It's great for my wife and I to game together. I also enjoy playing diablo on my couch or on the go among other titles. I have nothing negative to say about it do your research and if you want a nice fun console with portability this is it. Battery life is great. Pick up a pro controller if you want to get serious with some mario kart ;)

Bought for my son on his be day he really enjoys it. Also i join him to play in coop games really great graphics and great build. Will purchase one more in the future.

One of the best entertainment for my twin boys awesome for the road and easy to play and alot of fun for them.

Was able to snatch one up on a restock. Worth it for retail, would hold off from buying from resellers. Solid console from Nintendo, perfect for family/friends gatherings.

This is an awesome device for someone who is on the go! Traveling is a huge part of my job, so it's super convenient! It has 3 modes: home console mode, portable mode and desktop mode. I can play it in my hotel, on a plane, etc. The downside is its lack of games, but Mario Kart 8 and Zelda: Breath of the Wild has kept me pretty occupied. Another downside is the home console dock itself. Apparently, it will scratch your screen. This hasn't happened to me but I throw on a screen protector just in case.

I bought this for my son and I to play Mario Kart but ended up getting Zelda for myself as well. The graphics are great and the convenience of switching from handheld to table top mode is great. The TV adapter cradle is simple and easy as well. Seems more durable than I thought it would be. Overall good purchase. Only thing I wish it had was apps other than Hulu but I'm sure that will come in time. Many games in the store to where I probably won't buy physical copies for a while.

I've ignored Nintendo for awhile because their consoles just haven't got the job done. I love the classic Nintendo games, and once I got my hands on this console it took me back to the good old days. It's the best of both worlds with the Gameboy and Nintendo system all in one. You need this system!!

Nintendo does it again, great fun!Excellent for roads trips and for family fun with the addition of extra controllers. Nintendo is probably the best console for the family.

I told my self at the end of last year I was going to wait for the new one to come out thinking a new one would come out early this year. I couldn't wait any longer and knowing a storm was about to come knock out power ai got it and charged it when at work. I am throughout enjoying it I wish games werent so expensive, but Animal Crossing is how me and my sister stay in touch from miles away.

Yes. I got it for myself. No regrets! I play it all the time! I did have a little bit of a remote recognition problem, but it only happened once and not again since, so far.

The Switch system is a neat little console. Its not going to amaze people with its power and photorealistic graphics. However, nintendo exclusive games are incredibly fun and very good at pulling out every bit of horsepower for great stylized looking games. Of course, the other major selling point is portability. I don't have a chance to take it out often, but having the option can be great for long trips, and even lying in bed with the system can be quite nice.

Got this for my son and he has thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact, we have been playing this together and it brings back the joy of video games from my youth...with way better graphics!

I was debating on getting this system as I have the PS4 pro and Xbox One and was worried it would not get used. Super Mario Odyssey alone was worth the price of the system! Definitely a must have for any gamer!

I'm not sure I need to say more. The sheer number of games, including high-quality indie stuff like Toree, Hades, and Golf Story make this a high-value console for me. There is a lot to do, it _still_ looks more than good enough even on my LG 4k OLED. It's a great little console to buy even in 2021 heading into 2022. I want a new version, yes, but this one still has life ahead of it.

Good value, spend the extra 50$ for the OLED switch if you can though

If you're looking for a game system to take on the go but can also still be played on a TV, this is a good choice. Nintendo's offerings on the system are pretty good, and there are plenty more of their games to come out on the system, plus some other goodies. However, if you're looking for an all-in-one system that can do games, online, movies, videos, and more, the Switch offers nothing else besides games. You're looking for a PlayStation 4.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. This is like having a Wii/Wii U and a DS combined in one console. When at home she can play it on the tv or play it like the Wii U without the tv. Unlike the Wii U she doesn't have to be at home to play it and she can take it with her like a DS. Also parents can download the Switch Parental Control app on their smartphone to keep tabs on how much time is being spent playing and set up time limits and other parental controls.
