My grandson loves to play Super Mario Odyssey on his Switch.

The system itself is awesome, innovative, easy to use, and family friendly. This is what sets Nintendo apart from the rest. A game catalog that focuses on family friendly titles, and systems that always have something extra. The fact that this tiny system looks so great on my TV, and is a handheld console as well... simply put, amazing. Waiting for the game catalog to get bigger, but do yourself a favor and get Mario & Zelda right off the bat.

I purchased this for my grandchildren for when they stayed at my place. This gets used heavily...they love the Mario Kart games as well as others. The only problem is if they want to use it as a hand held device there is inevitably an argument as to who goes first. I highly recommend it for the fun factor. For multiple players you will need to purchase another controller.

Best investment in gaming for kids. This item has been sold out for many occasions that I tried to buy it and was finally available. Comes with dock, 2 joycon, handheld controller, doesn’t include screen protector. You can play on the TV and on the go, really good for game night with friends. Overall love this item.

I don't know how Nintendo continues to create systems that are groundbreaking but the Switch is right up there in terms of my favorite systems of all time.

The last console I enjoyed that much was the original Nintendo GameBoy from the nineties. Once again, Nintendo delivered intuitive design with high quality.

Bought as a gift for my daughters birthday. Very fun and she has enjoyed immensely. There have been multiple times that the switch does not accept input from the joycon controller. It happens while the joycon is connected to the main unit as well as when playing wireless. Purchased aftermarket controllers and they don't seem to have any issues.

The Nintendo Switch was hard to find last Christmas for good reason. Though we had an older Wii, my Children wanted a game system that was portable. My eight year old has no trouble using the system. I like the Nintendo systems because I like the selection of family friendly titles. We do not subscribe to extra online services so I can't speak to those.

First off - I LOVE my Switch. That being said, it does have some problems that should be considered before you buy it this early in it's life cycle. The portability and general concept of how the Switch works is fantastic. The UI is bland and lacks any sense of character.charm, but that can be fixed with firmware updates. What cannot be fixed is Joy-Con connectivity issues. My experience - as long as I am playing without the Switch in it's dock and I can be in another room and still control my character/game. When it's docked, from five-six feet away...I have to point the controller directly at my docked Switch or there are MASSIVE connectivity issues. I have contacted Nintendo and the best they can offer is to send my Switch in for 2-3 weeks for "repair". Totally unacceptable. I just live with it as is - until Nindy admits there is a software/hardware issue and HOPEFULLY does all the early adopters right...and fix/replace whatever the cause may be.

I bought this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. He really enjoys it. Perfect for business trips.

good for kids .... also is portable and can be used like a tablet and gives kids other entertaiment besides video games.... it is a portable tv.... can watch youtube, movies and etc this version/ series can be connected to your flat screen also via hmdi cord which is included. why nintendo does not have call of duty????????????? kid gamers love the nintendo switch

I bought this for my brother because he always wanted a switch. This thing works amazing after a year so far. There are so many fun games and it's pretty durable. It's pretty hard not to like this console when there are so much so many fun games. The only problem I really had was the lack of Netflix or Amazon prime compatibility. Apparently you can only use Hulu.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift so the only reason I am giving it 5 stars is because I was also able to make a donation to St. Jude’s Hospital. Plus I am sure the gift will be appreciated.

I love the fact it is a console and hand held. I held off waiting because of the game selection till Mario came out and truly love the game! I’m hoping that more games start coming out soon.

Took me nearly half of 2020 to finally get my hands on this console and it’s been worth it. Playing classic fun style games from Mario to Pokémon
