I expected very little, but played my friend’s console, and saw potential. It has a long way to go, but it’s shalig up nicely for portable, and at-home fun. I recommend getting a tough screen protector, as it is a touch-screen device, and the dock is rumored to scratch the screen. However, this hasn’t been the case with mine, and the console is, in fact, very durable.

I missed having a game system. I Had all of the Nintendo systems at one time or another. I’ve also had other systems. I enjoy the games on the Nintendo switch there’s a lot of old-school games that I enjoy playing. It is a must-have for any family or even a single person no matter what age!

It's Nintendo, what else is there to be said. Console is excellent and the games available, especially the Nintendo games are excellent.

Best investment ever. I have spent a great portion of this year using the switch in my downtime and I highly recommend it! There are games available for every type of gamer from kid to adult and the only trouble o have is choosing what to play next. Super happy with this investment.

I'm a biased Nintendo fan so this review is subjective. This system is the culmination of what Nintendo has been doing as a hardware developer. Rightfully it's what the Wii U should have been. It's a great mix between handheld and home console. Although it's underpowered comparatively. If you subscribe to Nintendo's gaming philosophy you'll like it. Just don't expect it to compete with other platforms.

Awesome console. Really like the portability. Battery life is sufficient.

I like that this gaming system is handheld and portable. Great for keeping my child occupied during long car rides. Also I'm not great at assembling or installing things but connecting this device to the tv is very simple! My child has had a ninetendo switch for a while now and still plays it unlike other gaming systems I've bought in the past.

I originally thought the dock/portable feature was a gimic but being able to play a game outside and come inside, put on dock and play on the TV. Doesn't require me to reset the device or lose my progress. Awesome feature. The joycons can be used together or separate as 2 players. No other console includes 2 controllers so this is big.

I bought this for my son but I also play it. I love how versatile it is. Switching from portable to dock feels just like the coolness of the commercials. I love how I could also use the pro controller when it's in portable mode and on the stand. My only gripe with it is the battery power. It just goes so quick. And powering off can be deceiving. I feel like when you think you've fully powered it off, you actually put it in rest mode which can drain the battery over time. Make sure you hold down the power button until you get the power off menu. NBA 2k19 is so much fun on the go but I wish it was a little smoother. Still a great console to have but I wished I kind of waited for the next version of this because i'm sure battery power is gonna be upgraded.

Love the switch, of course!!! I have had drift on one joystick since dropping it (not a big or far drop), but that is my fault. I do wish it was a little sturdier for a system that’s meant to be handheld (it will be dropped). But I do prefer it over the switch lite, and obviously over the Wii-U. I love Nintendo!!! :)

So my family and I wanted to purchase a game console that we could all play with together and could easily travel with and then boom the Nintendo Switch just made sense and it’s been great, I took it on the beach and the screen is so clear and detailed! Get it! Get it!

The Switch is very neat and my daughter could not be happier. It has amazing graphics and the games are more kid friendly then competitor systems. If you are looking for something for the family, this system has very few games that more than one player can play. Even Mario Odyesse says two players but in actuality, it is one player who is Mario while the other is the cap on his head. Fortunately, my daughter is an only child; but, even when I want to play with her, we have found very few options so far. There are to be 10-15 new games released within the next two months so we are looking forward to that!! The fact she can remove the system from the dock and play on the go has been wonderful as well. She did not have to leave her Christmas at home when we traveled to visit other family.

Found it at a decent price only at Best Buy! Other places were selling it for twice as much! I got it in time for Christmas for my son's Christmas present, then my fiancé's son needed one as well so We got him a second set and it was a special gift! they are both very happy

After months of looking finally got one! Its great! Controller was disconnecting but i just updated it and it was good to go
