Once the Switch got closer to its release date, I started to wonder if I'd have buyer's remorse. Fortunately, this little console has been nothing short of amazing. A few weeks after I got the Switch, I went on a cruise with my girlfriend. She likes to sit by the pool or at the back of the boat and read, so I sat there and played Zelda. It worked out perfectly!

In store pick up was perfect. Recieved an email short after. Pick was simple. Customer service person was professional. Playing the system and set up was an ease. Very happy with the purchase from best buy. I am a collector and getting a box with no damage is very important to me.

My son loves playing fortnite on it. Had some issues with initial setup but the Nintendo folks were great help.

So happy I was finally able to find a switch. Kids are super excited to play it. Worth the funds.

I was so excited for the Nintendo Switch's release. I pre-ordered it and waited (impatiently) for March 3rd to come. The Switch a stellar console, and it completely floured me with its portability. Best Buy was also a huge help in all of this. I was so nervous my pre-order was going to be canceled. A couple of stores at the time were canceling left and right, and I was so nervous I'd have to wait like everyone else for the second shipment after launch. But they didn't cancel my pre-order. And my console was so easy to get. I just arrived at my local Best Buy, payed for it, and left. Definitely recommend this console, its a beauty. I've sunk more hours into games on this thing then my old Wii U. And the library of games is wonderful. Within year one, we got a 3D Sandbox Mario, a brand spanking new Zelda, Mario Kart, Splatoon, and a bunch more. And with Smash Brothers, Metroid Prime 4 and Luigis Mansion 3 coming soon, now is the time to buy one of these things. But if there is anything I'd say coming away from this, I'd say its that Best Buy is an amazing retailer, both online and in stores. They do whatever they can to make the process as easy and seamless as possible.

Was a Christmas present for my kids. They are younger so the Nintendo Switch was a perfect option.

I bought the Switch on release, and am constantly surprised at the power that is inside the little tablet like console. Currently, I am playing Mario Kart 8, and I can't believe that I can now play what previously required the large and bulky Wii U with a console the size of my 3DSXL unfolded. Switching onto a TV is seamless and I notice no performance drops.

This is the family's second one. We have one on each end of the house so all the kids can play and adults too. Lol. Hours of fun with games like Assassins Creed and donkey Kong. But Animal Crossing is everyone's favorite .

Took forever for them to be in stock but I finally was able to get my hands on it!! Well worth the $325
