Such a great system. I don't use the touch screen as much as I thought I would. I probably use the handheld console itself the most. So much fun, and super cheap to play online. My only regret would be that I may have gotten gray because the red and blue joycons are a little juvenile looking displayed next to my TV.

God portable console to have on the go. Also good to have the option to plug on your tv. It also has a decent selection of games and controllers too.

I was debating on getting a switch for a long time. I haven’t owned a Nintendo since the original NES. This thing is so portable and versatile. I only wish there were a few more older titles and that Nintendo games went on sale more often. I’m very happy with my purchase.

    Eventual 3DS killer?

I've always been a huge fan of handhelds and I've been yearning for that portable console since I was playing Sonic on the Game Gear. It's still too early to see the full potential of the Switch, but it definitely has me hooked. As long as the third party support comes along, this may be the system to kill off the 3DS and Vita. With the current lineup, you see a true console experience to-go with the likes of Legend of Zelda and Mario Kart, as well as the traditional handheld experience with indie titles like Snipperclips, Binding of Issac, and Shovel Knight. Then dock it to play some great party games like Jackbox Party Pack 3 and 1-2-Switch up on the big screen with friends. This is the console I dreamt of growing up. That being said, there are some obviously drawbacks to give this a four star instead of five, most of which are fixable, one, though, is not without a hardware upgrade mid-lifecycle (a la PS4 Pro/MS Scorpio, even if the latter ends up being a true next gen). First, the system is essentially an upgraded Nintendo-edition Shield. That's not necessarily a bad thing, as the Shield is innovative but lacks true support. It's not a powerful machine, so it won't ever be able to play true 4K AAA titles down the road like it's competition eventually will. But Nintendo games are not known for killer graphics. They're known for creating a genuinely fun experience. This may or may not end up being a problem when AAA game makers abandon it like they did with the Wii, making the Switch the home of first-party and indie games. Hopefully the install base will be large enough to entice game devs to figure out creative ways to scale down the graphics without sacrificing the experience to be able to deliver the same experience, but at some point, this will be too difficult to accomplish within reason. Second, the interface is very streamlined and simple, which is great. But it also makes some of the missing features a little more obvious. As it stands, there is currently no way to stream games to Twitch/YouTube/etc. native on the system. For some, this will be a deal breaker. There's currently very little customization options (do you like white or black backgrounds?). There's no analog to Streetpass at the moment, which is something I didn't realize I'd miss until I didn't have it. And being a hybrid, this is something I expected from the "portable" side. There's no real easy way to communicate with friends (please patch in a party system, Nintendo!). Third, since this is within the launch window, the library is very limited. But that's to be expected. The biggest concern I have is the lack of major titles announced so far. Zelda is a great game, and I'm still tackling its massive world two months later. Mario Kart is fantastic, since I didn't play it on the Wii U, but it is still a remaster. There's tons of indie games, but Vita has that as well, and we see how well that system is supported (though tbf, even Sony abandoned it in terms of AAA game development). There are some titles promised by AAA devs, but without the flashy announcements, I wonder what the third party support is hinging on. With the first two months' sales numbers, I think we'll see a lot more enticed to port their games, but, as one dev hilariously put it, even they can't get a hold of a system to test games on. So we're probably still a few years from major support, which is a long time to wait and remain hopeful with other big things on the horizon (MS Scorpio for instance) that may steal focus away before the system sees the fruits of their labor. Overall, I absolutely recommend this system to anyone. Even friends that have tried it out are now hunting for a system of their own. It's not going to replace your PC as the indie king or graphical powerhouse, it won't even beat the PS4/Xbox One S in terms of power, but it will definitely slide right into the niche of the little machine that will provide hours of entertainment wherever you are.

The switch is the best hybrid console in the market and it quite worth the funding if you like to take your gaming everywhere instead of just being all day. It’s the best option to go any where and play it like it’s a mobile phone or if you wanna play it on the tv it’s even better.

I love the Nintendo Switch. It looks great on the big screen and the convenience of its portability is a huge plus, and it looks just as great. The console itself just feels great in your hands, unlike a lot of handheld systems. I can’t recommend this product enough!

Good quality, easy for traveling, screen small for group playing but easy to transport and carry. Down side is that for connecting to a big screen it requires the console (included) but it’s big to carry, you will need to purchase adapter. For me it was a huge improvement from the original wii
