I purchased this item as a gift for one of my nephews. Surprisingly it fits ok in my hands but you can tell this was designed for someone with smaller hands such as a kid. All you get is the device and that is it. No games, NO SD cards! So after you spend $300 you are not done there. You can expect to spend an additional 20 - 80 for a game. then there is the SD card. if you want the "Switch" card that will be an additional $80 but you can get a scandisk for about $40 or less. Then there are the accessories. You will want at least an SD card since most of the games that are coming out now require more storage space. So make no mistakes about it. this is a console that can be used as an handheld and not the other way around. One good feature that helps is that you do not need a TV to play your games since it has a screen built into it. Overall the person that gets this game system will enjoy it unless they are more of the hardcore gamer that wants to spend hours upon hours to play without switching out SD cards.

This unit is great. I am an adult and bought one for my self. When plugged into the tv my kids play and I don’t have to worry about the device getting broken. I recommend this to everyone because of its ease of use. No internet required to play games and to get started.

I love the console, the kids love the console, its a family hit. On a side note im very dissapointed being a long Best Buy customer and during the Texas freeze a pipe bursted and ruined my first one. I DID NOT HAVE THE INSURANCE. But since it was a house related my home insurance said they would replace it for me. Geek Squad will not even look at your device if you dont have in house insurance. All i needed was a diagnosis and they would not accommodate even for a fee. Kind of dumb.

I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 weeks ago and I do not regret my purchase. This console is great to play at home, but if you need to travel somewhere, it is also able to be used portably. You can hold the whole system in your hand or play it on a table due to there being a stand on the back of it.

This unit has been nothing short of pure family fun, thanks nintendo for a solid product

I've recently switched to the oled version but tis one was really good. if you can get cheaper than the $300 MSRP price id buy it. other than that id just spend the extra $50 for the newer Oled version.

My kids love it so much we had to but another so they stopped fighting over it!

So glad I was able to snag a Nintendo switch through Best Buy ONLINE! I wanted to get the switch with a game bundle but they sold fast. This is a Xmas gift for my son so will edit review if needed after he opens it.

Having owned quite a few Nintendo devices over the years, this is one of my favorite systems. I love the flexibility of having a portable or stationary option. The handling, graphics, ease of use is fantastic. Highly recommend. Of note, the only two games I've played so far are Zelda and Mario Kart, but great.

Nintendo has done it again awesome concept...this is our second switch system...only downfall is that u now have to purchase the online service it’s no longer free but at least more affordable...be cautious about the controllers joy-con they do go bad n replacements are not cheap
