I really like the fact that this gaming console can both be plugged into the tv and carried on the go. When I first unpackaged the Switch, I thought that there should have been more to it, like another console. However, the Switch is its own console and portable gaming system.

Ever since Nintendo announced the Switch, and particularly after my 13 year old son heard about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, he was really exited to get it. He saved money, asked his grandparents for more, he even had a birthday party and ask his friends only to bring money, not presents, so that he could get it. But, as the day approached where he would have the money to buy it, all stores announced they were out of stock. He was really depressed. One day I went to Best Buy for an unrelated issue, and I saw in the Costumer Service counter a Switch. The lady at the counter told me that it was the last one they had. I bought it with my Best Buy card and I hid it until my sons birthday. The day came, his friends gave him money and he managed to get all the money he needed for the console, but the mood was gloom because he knew the game was sold out. Out of the blue I pulled the Switch that I bought and needless to say, I became the hero to him and his friends. Good promotional story, right? But is also true.

I was so lucky I bought this for my daughter before the quarantine started.

I searched everywhere for the Switch and by off chance stopped by Best Buy and was pleasantly surprised to find one being stocked!! The staff was great with explaining what additional items I might need to go with the Switch. My kids have Mario Cart 8 and the Arms and they love the gaming system.

seriously tho.....I love the switch, and especially playing with my family.

Fun console with a decent amount of games. Maybe buy a different controller/dongle for other controllers but still a great console so far

This has been great. Works perfectly in handheld mode or on the tv!

I ended up returning this item after 7 days. Primary purpose of the purchase was an upgrade to my 3ds, basically a larger portable unit. Main problem was that the actual games are made (or appear to be made) to be played on a TV. I tried playing the Mario game on the portable unit but couldn't see what I needed to do. Might be for some, but I think you need to primarily play it on a large screen.

I bought this for my son for Christmas (he is 17 years old) and he absolutely loves it. All of his friends have them as well so they are able to play together. One thing to note is he did have to buy separate controllers so he could play with his friends.

What a fun little device. Portable, easy to use, and just fun to play with friends. Only knock on my experience was shipping. Bought as a birthday gift and delivered 3 days late.
