The key with this is that it makes games easy to play. My wife is not a gamer and does not like many game systems due to complexity, but enjoys playing the switch because it makes games easier to play.

Great idea to create a console that can be used at home or on the road. Wife and I purchased as a Christmas gift for ourselves. Pretty easy to setup for home use only. It can get confusing when setting up play for 2 players. Joysticks do feel flimsy but work just fine. Haven’t used the adapter yet. Does seem expensive overall… maybe if we used on the road the value would seem greater.

The Switch is an amazing console for everybody who loves gaming. It can plug into the tv through the docking station or be played handheld/on the go. It's small/easy to travel with and gets decent battery/charges quickly.

I've really enjoyed playing on the console and the controllers feel comfortable in my small hands. I prefer the controller holder instead of using them independently but thats just out of habit from other consoles. I charges quickly and has decent battery life.

I love the ability to take this console from place to place. This makes it much easier to enjoy the handful of minutes a week when I am actually able to play a video game. It's not as small as most handhelds but more than makes up for that with power.

The Switch is a great console for kids. Highly recommended.

I just wish bundle options were available at purchase. It feels like Nintendo could have included a bit more for the price. In my year of owning this console, I have only had one scare where the Switch wasn't responding to the power button, and quickly fixed it. Otherwise, it's run great and I'm selling all my Wii U games to get them on the Switch as they're ported over. The convenience to travel that I thought I would get with the Wii U is actually here and that has to be my favorite feature. I just miss StreetPass.

This was a gift that my 18 year old daughter asked for at the last minute. She loves it. I must say instead of being on her iPhone she is playing the switch. A great purchase.

Purchased for daughter's 13th birthday and it was definitely her favorite gift. Also purchased Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Zelda Breath of the Wild, Mario Odyssey and Minecraft. A definite recommended buy.
