Bought the switch on a whim late at night, and it was ready for pick up the next day. Great customer service from Best Buy employees!

Really glad I caught this Nintendo Switch on bestbuy's website when they randomly restocked. It is a great console for people to spend quality time on. I also like how it is very easy to set up and has a lot of cool game options as well. I wish Nintendo included a game with the console, but it is well worth the price for such a quality console.

These are bullet proof. This was a gift and the person i bought it for has been using it solid. A little to much but he loves it!

Pros: Another solid system from Nintendo. There is a large catalog of games to suit most ages and they look great. Portability is great. Zelda: Breath of the Wild! Cons: Docking station is a bit cheaply made. Battery life is not that great even in this v2 model. Not all previous purchases from Nintendo shop transfer to Switch.

As a lifelong gamer, Nintendo is synonymous with great games. The Nintendo Switch doesn't disappoint. Breadth of the Wild is a great experience that brings me back to Zelda Ocarina of Time. Mario Kart is good family fun as is other titles on the system. Worth the money especially if you like to game and travel a lot for business.

This is an awesome gaming console. It's high quality and has a lot of fantastic games. It's addicting and I can't put it down.

Very happy with this purchase. The switch controller is a lot easier to use than the XBox 1 or the PS4. Enjoy the kid friendly games too!

It’s a switch - so what’s not to like? My entire family has been enjoying this purchase. My son and husband have been loyal to the xbox for years, but my husband has been thrilled to return to Nintendo (feels like childhood). I used site to store - delivery was on time and pick up was a breeze. No complaints!

The screen is pretty, the games are fun, the controllers are acceptable, and the UI is intuitive. The only thing Nintendo is missing is a good online service, which they are supposed to launch in 2018. Without that service, it feels a little like they took the cake out of the oven before it was done. If I were to judge this console solely on Nintendo's other consoles, I'd say its an amazing console. However, if you compare this console to the other two on the market, it falls short in several categories. In my personal opinion, I'd say this is an amazing high-end handheld that you can connect to your TV and is a great second console. However, I would not trade in my Playstation 4 for the Nintendo Switch... Ever. I bought it mostly for my kids, but I'm sure I'll get a lot of enjoyment out of it over the years.

I grew up on Nintendo and have fond memories of playing Mario, Mariokart, and more! I was thrilled to give my son his first memories of Nintendo with the Switch. He loves playing Super Mario Odyssey and Mariokart and the fact that it is portable and you don't have to be tethered to a TV to play is a huge plus for us since we are seldom home and constantly on the go.

The Switch is an excellent system with multiple great titles. It’ll only get better as more titles are available and discounts are available for existing titles.

Our only complain is about Nintendo. How can they make some game console as an essential for both kids and adults. Amazing!

The new Nintendo system is great. Option to take it mobile or treat it like a regular console. The look and fell of the tablet-like portion is great. Overall a good console. I wish you had more storage options though. Not as many games yet.
