Its the best portable gaming console which can turn into full blown TV console. Quality seems fine. Controllers are a little wierd and not ergonomic expecially if yo udetach them from the screen. They are just too small. One downside are the games. Its definitely in a different category than PS4. Overall not bad, just hope more "true" games come out.

Graphics are great, awesome games available, convenient to take anywhere and play everywhere. Wish it was capable of watching videos like Netflix or YouTube?

I bought this for my grandson- great game. i also purchased insurance so when there was a problem -the greek squad tried to repair it- unfortunately it still did not work so it was replaced with a new game. as a reminder always get insurance.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this little console. The games I've played run smooth and are crisp and beautiful. More so than I would have expected. Battery life leaves a little to be desired when using as a hand held, but that being said the handheld looks and feels great.

Despite a fairly weak launch lineup (Though there is Zelda, which is almost all you need at launch), this console is a capable little machine that has a lot of potential. It's everything the Wii U should have been. The joy-cons, while not as good as the Pro Controller, are still comfortable enough to use for hours at a time. Battery life is long enough to get in some gaming on the train or on your lunch hour. And the screen is great. My only complaint has been the console's relatively weak wi-fi, which sometimes necessitates playing in handheld mode closer to the router. Overall, I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for it!

A little confusing on how to play with others but easy to enough for 6 year old familiar with video games to get started.

Well we are outsourcing the downtime of our kids. Great distraction and time waster. Too little memory and very addictive so manage it their screen time

You don’t need to read any reviews if you’re thinking about getting a switch, just do it. For its size it’s actually pretty powerful. This thing really shines in handheld mode. At This point there are a lot of great games to play on it

My son absolutely loves this. It has great versatility. Can use it as a handheld or you can connect it to the tv.

I looked everywhere to find an available switch and I did here. It was perfect and new. If you need help finding a switch you could download this app called HotStock. It tells you when certain stores have it available to purchase.

Bought this for my boyfriend as a just because gift and he loves it. I do too, it keeps him out my hair when I am trying to things around the house. Haha!

I purchased this for my son in law last Christmas. He just had to have it. Now it has been replaced by the PS5. But he loved it until something else came out. Now its sitting with the PS4 and other older gadgets. Hahaha

Nintendo really impressed me with this console! Besides having everything you need (hdmi, charger) included, the system can connect to the internet for any digital download for games! LOVE that it can be just like a game boy, but can also be shared on the big screen with others!

My son (20) wanted this for Christmas. I didn't think this was a great product since we have purchased other several Nintendo products over the years (Remember the Game Cube and the Wii). In this house, we have the latest games you can think of. I was surprised when he started playing the switch and of course, he has his college friends over and they too have the game. My Step-Son and his girlfriend was over last week for dinner and after dinner, my step-son along with his girlfriend were all playing the switch with my son but they had to kick my wife off the TV (LOL) so they can use it.

The switch is one of those devices that really hits the nail on the head. It fits lifestyle changes in popular culture at a perfect time. We still do use a TV for gaming, but we do want flexibility in that. In a household where the TV is oftentimes family entertainment, and sometime entertainment for one, the Switch fits the bill. Many nights when my wife want to watch TV, and I want to play a game, I can just grab the switch and go instead of having to force my wife to another screen. This platform has a lot of growing to do, but the switch is a great realization of the merging of mobile and gaming consoles. It's worth every penny.

I assume everyone knows this but this is something that one person had asked me before. It is basically just like in the tv commercials. You can play with it anywhere and you can play at home on the tv as well. You don't need to buy any extra cables or gadgets to use it with the tv, it comes with the HDMI cable and charging port already. You can also charge it with any usb c cables if you want to, so you don't need to buy the charger to use while not in dock. (Or maybe you should as I didn't look into it much). So far nothing bad happened. Easy set up, user friendly ^^

My boyfriend has been talking about wanting a Nintendo Switch since before it came out. For his birthday, I got him one! We tested it the same day he opened the box and so far so good! He said he wished it came with clearer instructions on how to set it up, but he managed fine.

Since I bought this for my wife, who dislikes video games, she plays it every day! The best part is that she can play without the tv, So I get to play xbox at the same time! Animal Crossings is what she plays with the grandkids.
