Best Christmas gift for kids and great System to play

This was a gift for my nieces for Christmas and they are loving it. It's great to use connected to the TV or taking it with you wherever you go. There are also many game options for many ages. Great computer Console over all.

The console is amazing, the ability to play games like Zelda on both the TV and as a handheld was a feature i didn't know i needed. As someone that's normally busy with work, i've been able to game a lot more than I normally would with the Switch.

If you grew up in the 90's, Nintendo looms large over your childhood. The systems that they created back then were cultural forces to be reckoned with, and had a profound effect on not just gaming culture, but society as a whole (I bet your mom still calls your PlayStation or Xbox a Nintendo) While the last few gen consoles that Nintendo made were ill advised attempts at trying to innovate (at the expense of fun), the Switch is a return to form - It's got great first party offerings right out of the gate, doesn't force you to use gimmicky control scheme or an unwieldy tablet as a controller, and has a great UI. It's super easy to set up right out of the box, works seamlessly and updates quickly. Unless they stop releasing games, this system has nowhere to go but up.

10-year-old boy loves it! Basically, it’s exactly what it is advertised to be. Adults may find the controllers that it comes with uncomfortable when playing on the big screen. Larger more traditional controllers are available for purchase

Fun and very entertaining gaming console to play with the whole family.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it. We have downloaded a few games to the device and got a few from the store. He is currently obsessed with the incredibles game.

I purchased this for my son as a birthday gift along with Mario Kart and he absolutely loved it! We both enjoy playing and challenging each other. It’s great because he can take it on the go. Overall, it is a good game system.

Love this system! The kids love it! Love the portability. The remotes are easy for my younger ones to walk off with and lose lol. But it’s a fun system for all to play and take with us in the car or motor home! A good variety of games!

I love this thing. My son and daughter always argued over the PS4 and this solved it my son has no desire to play the PS4 anymore and his little 9 year old hands actually fit this nicely.

My 12 year old son loves this system because he can play it at home by itself or connected to the TV, play on the road while we travel, then connect it to another TV when we get where we are going. We've enjoyed a few of the games so far.

Easy to use, portable, and stationary all in one. Going to be gone for a few hours take it with you and play on the go. Want to play on the big screen plug it in to the console and you're ready to go. Much more sophisticated than the ds3.

My niece wanted one for Christmas... The BB rep explained how she can connect it to the t.v. as well as take it with her as a portable device, nice!! :-D Her mom told us she played on it all day Christmas!!

Such a fun and unique system. Find my self playing this more than any other game system because of the fact that it can be portable. Just gives you more opportunities to play.

As an old school Nintendo player, I love the Switch and all of the old games that can be played online. Best of both worlds - handheld and full size console. I would recommend getting a pro controller.
