I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he was so excited, he has wanted one FOREVER he told me. He was playing it with his brother in a matter of minutes and they were having a blast. He says it works great and its alot of fun

Although it is not as powerful as an x box or ps4, this is a great choice for kids because of the portability. There are more games coming out for this system in the future, but so far, my kids can't stop playing on it...maybe I need to review those parental controls.

I bought this system because I really wanted that new Zelda game. I also had some amount of faith in Nintendo that there would be enough games for it to be worth my while. For example, I'm a fan of the Warriors franchise and Fire Emblem Warriors excites me quite a bit. At the time of this review, there aren't really enough games unique to this system to justify it for the impatient buyer, but I am a patient man. In addition to the new Zelda game, I have digitally purchased Shovel Knight and I Am Setsuna. These are both amazing games, but they are available for other platforms as well. As a system, though, it works quite well! Looks great on the TV, and can be played on the go. I love that I can connect the controllers to the main screen when I need to focus up, but for casual playing I have the screen separated from the controllers. The kickstand built into the system feels very unreliable, and I bought a third-party stand for tabletop mode. I had never experienced the "left joycon desync" issue that other users have reported. When I researched it, I found that variances in the manufacturers of the components lead to some people having this issue, and that they would make sure future releases would not have this issue. Guess I got lucky. I'm still envious of the people who got the neon joycon edition. Didn't pre-order fast enough...

The system works great and the grandkids love it. The setup was easy and all the accessories work well with the game.

Works right out of the box. No fussing around before jumping into the game I bought, just needed to make sure it was charged. Buy a micro-SD card for it too though because the 32GB of internal storage can fill up fast.

Bestbuy is always on top of it with the switch restocks! Happened to stumble upon it and the purchase was fast and easy. Switch was delivered really fast and is perfect! Absolutely love it, would recommend it to anyone.

This system is miles better than the WiiU. You can use the handheld portion of the game even when away from the TV. The controls are easy to manage in regards to moving off and on the main game system and there is no longer the need for the bar to sit on top of your TV.

this was well worth the purchase. the whole family enjoys being able to detach the joycons and play together.

Purchased as a gift for my middle grandson, this game system has provided minutes of solitude for my daughter-in-law as the boys play or wait patiently for their turn. The system comes complete and the game selection is vast.

The Switch is a great gaming system for the whole family. The control system is one most people can jump into and the variety of games is vast. I also love being able to go from handheld gaming to the big screen so easily.

Talk about giving your kids a better version of your own childhood. This console does just that. My kids have loved it. It's easy enough for them to learn on their own yet it also helps them develop certain skills to figure things out.

Already had one, got one for the lil bro. He loves it. Nintendo needs to fix the joycons though because they already are defective

I surprised my son with this gaming system upon his arrival home from summer camp. He was beyong excited when he knew it was a Nintendo Switch. He consistently playes it and still enjoys it after the newness has worn off. It's light weight, portable and easy to set-up.

The switch is really good, not only in terms of games, but also how it functions as a home console you can take on the go. So far the only trouble I've had with the console, is trying to take out the kickstand, which I swear I can not get out. Would highly recommend!
