They absolutely love it and have had no issues using it and saving games to it. The only issue is the memory built into the game had to be supplemented with additional memory that can readily be purchased and added as a micro memory card.

I play the games with kids as well. This system feels almost like an upgraded Nintendo Wii. The graphics were sub-par. The games and controllers are expensive, more than the ps4 and xbox which I own, and the game selection is limited. I returned it.
