Bought this for family fun night!! Great hit for all

Nintendo is back! I haven't owned a Nintendo since the 64. I didn't "get" the Wii. But this system is so fun. Sure the game library is small but it will grow and it took a while but now all the developers are seeing the switch sales numbers and scrambling to get in on this. I 100% believe this system will be a smash success.

Very easy customization and operation of the system alongside a killer library of games (especially first party titles) evidencing Nintendo's immense creativity. It succeeds where the Wii U failed in switching (pun intended, true to its name) from stationary to fully portable on a decent battery life. However, I do have some peeves regarding online functionalities. Specifically, Nintendo Switch Online could've been completely free of charge just like with the OG WiiConnect24 in addition to an Internet Browser and an Ethernet port/adapter. Otherwise, Nintendo has impressed us all yet again.

My son loves this system. His favorite feature is the portability. If we need to leave home, he can take his game with him. The controls are easy to use and the games are great fun for the entire family.

The Nintendo Switch is a great console for all ages!

Bought this and Mario games for a Christmas present.

I started with the first Nintendo and never bought another one after the GC. I mostly play it on a 24" TV with it in the cradle. It is fun to play on it's own screen as well. I only have SSB and Zelda and Mario Cart so far. Haven't played with multi-player because I have no friends.

Would recommend to a friend. I enjoyed this product.

I bought a Switch pretty much solely for Super Mario Odyssey. I am impressed by the console's capability to be a portable/home console at the same time, and it surprises me with some of the cool stuff it can do. I am, however, a little disappointed in a few things that I think Nintendo missed the mark with. For one, there is no bluetooth support for the Switch. I expected it to be a feature considering this just came out in 2017 and Bluetooth has been around for practically a decade now. I have yet to really take it on the go with me, but with the only real option being to use wired headphones, it doesn't sound as appealing to me. So far the only games for the Switch that I'm really interested in are Odyssey, Sonic Mania, and BotW (which I haven't picked up yet). I'm excited for DKC: Tropical Freeze to be put on the Switch, but I'm not excited to pay $50 for a 4 year old game. Mario Tennis will be a quality addition as well, and I'm hopeful for a Smash 4 port, but I don't want the main appeal of the console to be that it provides re-hashes of games I missed because I didn't buy a Wii U. A lot of the 3rd party support also seems to be rooted in old games so far (that are priced at $60). Skyrim came out 7 years ago, DOOM came out 2 years ago, and Dark Souls came out forever ago. I also have a PS4 and a gaming PC, so I don't think many 3rd party games will really convince me to buy a copy on the Switch, but Nintendo NEEDS their support on new, upcoming games if they want this console to have a life beyond 3-4 years. I'm cautiously optimistic that my $300 investment doesn't go to waste as a Mario machine.

Lets face it, the Nintendo Switch is a great console with a great library of games. There is really nothing more to say about it, and it works. What doesn't work or what isn't that great are the Joy Cons. JoyCons are by far the worst controllers ever designed. They're too small and they are defective right out of the factory. This is the 3rd switch I've owned which has had JoyCon drift. Nintendo needs to get this addressed immediately.

I bought this mainly for my dad to use. We use it on a big screen TV. It is never used portably. The quality of the graphics is awesome. My dad loves the different Mario games. It was easy to set up. I don’t like the small size of the buttons on the controllers, so I bought a third party controller that connects wirelessly. It pairs easy with the Switch. I also don’t like the + and - button locations on the controllers because I always accidentally hit them when removing controllers from console. My dad is very happy with it. He plays it everyday.

Our most recent purchase was of a Nintendo switch. It is a very handy gaming Council as you can use it on your television or just in your hands. It is nice to have but is quite pricey.

Came in great shape! Exactly what I purchased. Very satisified.

Great fun. The kids love it and can't stop playing.
