Purchased this as a Christmas present and it has become the kids' favorite console. Ridiculously portable, it lets them play games alone or together, with or without projection to a larger screen. It also lets me track how much time each of them has been spending on their games (rather than their homework).

I've been playing this system every day since launch. Even without Zelda I would be playing, it's just too easy to get up and go with it. Play it during my commute, when I have a break at work, after work w friends (games that use the joycons as two controllers make this so easy!), and then back at home with the dock.

I enjoy it as much as my kids do! You need lots of accessories though so be ready for that.

If you are considering buying this don’t waste your time thinking about it and just buy it! This thing is freaking amazing and fun as hell excuse the profanity but it’s just that awesome! Mario cart and super smash bros as well as LoZ: call of the wild are a must get with this thing!

Very easy to use. Console/Joycons are nice looking. My 6-year just received this for his birthday and he is hooked already. Lots of options for games and accessories. I love that he can plan on the TV as well as travelling. Very practical.

The console itself, having both portable and tv mode is awesome. I have the unit in my living room, but when i want to play in the room, I just go portable. The kick stand though, is almost worthless unless you are using the switch on a flat surface. The joy cons despite looking small, aren't bad at all while playing.

A great new system from nintendo it is a great use of in home and on the go console you can dock it to play on tv or pop it right out and instantly you are playing on the go. Zelda was perfect for launch the only gripe I have is that zelda was the only real launch title but there are a ton of games to look forward to.

Our family LOVES this console. We purchased it for our son not realizing that it would lead to great family fun for all of us. It's easy to use, holds a charge and is great for travel. We couldn't be happier.

Best havndheld Nintendo has ever done. Games are slow at the moment but a lot of good ones coming out next year.

Seriously you can take this anywhere, hook up the screen and use old school controller !

My daughter is not a gamer, but she loves this game. It keeps her entertained and happy.

I got this for my daughter and she plays on this everyday. She spends hours each day after doing her homework and chores. She plays fortnite with her friends and cousins. Good way to bond and keep her busy while staying home.

After the disappointing Wii U, I'm glad to say that the originality of Nintendo is back in spades. Great system.

Wanted a good system for the classic Nintendo licenses so bad, I forgot it was mobile. Being able to carry a game with me on the road is amazing considering it needs just a USB-C charger to when depleted. Highly recommended for Zelda: Breath of the Wild alone, but obviously all the main titles are great.

Amazing console! The ability to go portable and still play some of my favorite games that are also on my PS4 makes this well worth the buy. The gameboy nostalgia is also heavy with the many platform based games available in the Nintendo store.
