The Switch is essentially a hand-held tablet that you can dock to your tv. It's not as powerful as the Xbox One or PS4 but pretty great for a hand-held device. It's pretty much a Zelda machine right now - I'd recommend to hold off until the end of the year since it's hard to find right now anyway.

I own WiiU, PS4 and this is the best of all. You can easily bring it on airplane to make your flight more enjoyable.

Nintendo has definitely cornered the market for mobile gaming, as the switch is definitely a solid mobile device. When it comes to docking the game it has some serious short comings. First off, the dock has been known to scratch the screen. Second of all, there are no head phone jacks located on the removable controllers, so there is no way to use gaming headphones. Another slow moving part has been the amount of games on the platform or one may even extend that to apps and content. Nintendo has tried to dub the system a "gaming first console", yet has a laughably small game library. Ohh, and no access to the 21st century for things like Netflix. In the end the switch is a brilliant next gen 3DS, but crumbles in comparison to the Xbox one and PS4 in its current state.

The switch is very creative gives you a home console and a mobile all in one.. On the down side it lacks games, life most new systems the games slowly trickle in. Plan on spending a lot as well be bought a screen protector a case a charging cord a pro controller and 8 games I spent like 1300

Nintendo switch Is a great device for on the go for when hanging out with friends at the house. I got this device and no less than two days that my six-year-old break the locking device on the joy cons. The joy cons now do not lock in place
