I love that it is handheld and this is the second that i got one for me and one for my brother

Everything you hoped Sony would do with the vita and got wrong, Nintendo got right with the switch...almost. Nintendo went with a micro sd slot instead of a proprietary card like the vita, as well as a usb type c port which charges at 15volts. The overall feel to the system is nice, it's pretty durable despite having a plastic screen, and plastic system. Buy a screen protector to avoid scratching your screen with the dock or in a backpack or purse. Now to back up where I talked about the vita, the switch follows some traits of the vita, such as a cartridge based library as well as the charging port on the bottom of the console so that means if you're charging the system you can't play it in tablet mode. Also the sd slot is under the kickstand so be careful and don't misplace the kickstand if it comes out of the switch. My fee complaints are the location of the charging cord, the dock, and the price of accessories for a "affordable" console.

Bought this for my grand kids and they love it. They love being able to play on a tv or take in the car.

Got lucky I found it at Best Buy. Everyone I know wants one. Portability and switching to big screen is easy.

Had to buy another one to avoid any fighting over share time. Nice that it's portable.

We are so pleased we bought this gaming console. It's been years since I've played any video games and this has re-sparked my interest. I love that you can sign up for a Nintendo account and access most of their NES and Super NES games for a nominal price. We've also purchased a few new games and they are a blast. So happy we made this purchase!
