Has a mistake on the address to a city 9 hours away, I called the day before the scheduled delivery and they managed to change the address and me get it the same day. Overall my experience was great, and I hope yours it too.

Great compact device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While many say its under powered, I believe its done very well for itself. Its small and compact, its portable and dockable. Though the one thing that seems to be a little more of a design flaw / limitation was the reduced specs of the hand held portion of the device. Such as maybe a slightly larger battery (6000mA vs 4000mA) and the option to let users have a higher performance mode in hand held (default to slower settings and would have to select high performance mode each time). As well higher res screen 1920x1080 please. While those are minor things, its the screen... its plastic! Common Nintendo, glass screen please! I can maybe understand the plastic portion as with kids, they can drop it and if it drops the plastic screen and housing will most likely absorb most shock from it. But it just feels off and scratches very easily.
