Overall great game console only bad thing there is no headphone jack in remote so when you connect with tv you can't chat online. You have fo buy extra headphone product OR wireless adapter for chat.

The joy cons are very weak and break easily. the controller it comes with also is made of cheap plastic. the games are fun, however th system is made with cheap materials

The number of games is limited. We bought primarily for Mario games but, not all Mario games are available in this platform. You have to pay for a subscription if you want to acces the online store.

I purchase this for my kids, at 1st it was great for the kids, a year later the left port stopped charging and recognizing controllers. Still waiting on a response from Nintendo.

While the Switch was a good system, i decided to return it because the uncomfortableness while holding the tiny joy cons. I am a 6’1 275lb man, with big hands, these were tiny. Don’t try to play 2 player

My kids lost interest after a month. The joy con controllers were pretty small for my hands if we were doing two players. I’d wait for a price drop to get one of these. Save your money and get an XBox One X.

My issue is more about whats included or not in this case it should include at least two hand held contollers for instance if your playing Mario kart you have to buy more controllers to play with multiple people

The system is great but the wireless controllers are spotty at best. I'll probably be contacting nintendo for a resolution to this issues but it's nearly impossible to play 4 player mario kart with the joy cons.

Best Buy stores let anyone use your credit or bank card and never ask for ID so I will never buy from them again. All should shop any where else and make sure they know they need to ask for ID every time

It won't connect to internet and they won't take you back.

It is a good system but It don’t come with a game. It also needs a Hulu account if you plan on watching anything online. It also doesn’t have a browser so do not expect to do any internet browsing.

Within the first two weeks, we had to send in the console and dock for repairs. Now that everything is back, it seems to working great. We love this system... fingers crossed.

I love the games on the switch, but I despise the joycons due to drift. I started experiencing drift 2 months sfter I bought the system, and sentthe joycons in for repairs. I get them back, and within a month they are still messed up. I bought another pair thinking that would solve my problem... nope. In addition, the right joycons I had, also would not connect wirelessly to the console. The system is fun, but if Nintendo is going to charge premium prices for inferior products, then it isn't worth the price.

I am not satisfied with this Nintendo switch have been having problems with it controllers are to sensitive also with the charger this is my second one and still have same problem.

My switch won’t turn on and it’s been three months. No damage had been done. One day the charger wasn’t working. I ordered 2 more and still nothing.

I had to return this item twice. And now I have to take back again because something is wrong with the joystick. Pain in the butt. But as good as it should be.

I bought it brand new , comes open box used and at best buy doesn’t have a replacement for me so i was dying because was the Christmas gifts for my son

Don’t recommend. My daughter has had it for a month now and the joysticks stopped working. And on top of that with the insurance you can only get them replaced once

It needs work this Nintendo switch. No store yet, but soon. Make sure before buying that you really want it. Had frIends buy it as I did,and later regretted it. And they returned it.
