It’s a cool device but...

I bough the geek squad protection plan hoping they would just give me a new one and they ended up sending out for repair. Now my kids are out a switch for 3-4 weeks thanks geek squad you’re so unhelpful.

Problem with blue/left joy stick workout or chargi

Sent joy con back to Nintendo & they replaced it promptly but it still wouldn’t charge; so I returned entire Swtch to Best Buy to your Wheeling WV store. Associate Chris was extremely helpful & exchanged console and it seems to be working now fine.
