Overall I am very happy with the Nintendo switch. I have not had a Nintendo product since my game boy advanced and this was a pleasant surprise. Zelda alone is enough to make the system worth the investment. I have not had this much fun playing a video game in a long time. I have had it a week as of this review and it has not failed me. There have been some reports of units having screen and controller issues; please don't let this stop you from buying the system. With anything that is mass produced there will of course be some that fail and need to be replaced. The only real gripe I have with this system is that the price for the pro controller is $69.99 which is way too much.

This has a lot of buck for your money. Loads of fun with the wife and kid!

After using it for almost 5 days, my overall impression of this device is great. To make my review simple and easy, I'll break it down to Pros and Cons: Pros: *Great built quality *Portability of a full mid console power *Ease of use with it's detachable joycon controllers *Uses USB-C! Cons: *Kick-stand is super flimsy and only has one adjustment *Resolution is only 720p on portable mode *Noticable lag when docked and at 1080p on some games *Current lack of great games other than Zelda (I'm sure this will improve overtime) *Battery life is okay for it's full mid console power *EXPENSIVE accessories!!! So don't lose your joycons! *Lastly, the dock feels super cheap with just a hard plastic and can easily scratch the screen if not too careful.

We absolutely love it. It was a Christmas gift for my girls and they were super excited. It brings us together as a family in a very busy work week.

Best system Nintendo has made by far, I like that you are able to take it on the go and use it as a handheld. Great quality and functionality.

Holy crud. This system is something else. I imagined it to be a great time, but I didn't realize that it would be this great. The screen looks amazing, even for it only being 720p, and when stationing the tablet portion in the dock, the images switch to the TV seamlessly. When holding the device in the portable mode it is very comfortable to handle and feels very slim. A very sturdy system that feels like it will last a long time. This system is no gimmick. Honestly, I cannot wait till' this system reaches its maximum potential, and I cannot recommend the Nintendo Switch enough. It is a must have.

This was a birthday gift. I love it. Having a mobile console is awesome. We bought the steering wheel pack too. I would probably get the pro controller or the charging grip, because the joy cons are really small.
