bought this for a gift. This one does not come with any games, so they must be purchased if one wants to play right away.

the switch is awesome, the perfect "console" for me. don't have a lot of time to set in front of my TV to game so this is great, sneak in sessions watching TV with the fam.

I finally decided to purchase the Nintendo Switch. After months of having trouble with games appropriate for younger children on other consoles, it was time to get a system that can play the newest Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. With the purchase, you get two controllers for many games, as the Joy Con controller set is actually two smaller controllers. To get four players, I just needed to purchase another set of Joy Cons. Now, we can play 4 player Mario Kart at home on the big screen and on the go (though the screen is fairly tiny for multiple players)! This system is really only good for games, high quality games not available anywhere else that are made by Nintendo for Nintendo. Now, there aren't too many games I really want to play besides Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and the upcoming Super Mario Odyssey. The only other not worthy game available (in my mind) is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which is an amazing game with great graphics and a vast, detailed world. It's even more amazing playing it on a handheld. I rate it a 4/5 because it has exclusive games, but very limited selection of good games. Many cheaper, downloadable games are also available on mobile stores and don't seem worth the asking price. Also, the system works great on the TV and as a handheld, though it is much more underpowered for console gaming, especially compared to the competition that is either the same price or cheaper. But you can't play Zelda or Mario on those systems.

This is my first handheld console since the Game Boy Advance and I am glad I finally made this purchase. Fun and easy to use!

Great for me and my kids to bond. Age many age appropriate games for my little ones that are still fun for me to play as well.

Even with the miss of WiiU, this console can more than make up for it. Just waiting for more big name titles such as Super Smash Bros

The Nintendo Switch is fantastic. It can be portable or plugged into the home entertainment system. We only have the Mario Odyssey game right now, but are enjoying every second of it.

Granted this took several months to get but I totally love this system. So cool to take it out of the dock and around the area to connect with friends. Kicking butt on Mario Kart and Zelda

Great system for transitioning from home to on the go. The Joy-Cons are an issue, as others have reported, my first L Joy-Con did not connect to the system directly, and had to be replaced before I could even power on the system. Otherwise, this has been a good system, looking forward to getting back to classic Nintendo games.

I'm absolutely in love with my Switch. I don't have a lot of video game experience but it doesn't matter. It's fun and easy to handle, I love the size, and of course the colors.

The switch is great for the entire family. Love how you can easily change it to two players and how portable it is! The graphics are amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

This system is so much more than all the other systems. Love that you can play it on the tv and pick it up and take it with you when you walk out the door and continue your game play.

This a good system for all ages. The best part is that you can play it on your tv and play it on the go. But before you start playing it I recommend a screen protector for the screen.

The Nintendo Switch is such a convenient console. You can take it with you where ever you go. The graphics aren’t bad either. The games they have are great! It was a great purchase.

We held off on getting one for awhile but after purchasing this we wish we would have went with this first instead of the lites.

Perfect to entertain or just to relax and enjoy. Fun for all ages and easy to use. I would recommend this product very highly.

Bought for daughter for college. Great way for the kids to get together, make friends and have fun!

My kids enjoy playing and the best part is they can take it with them. But i would recommend a screen protector for when docking the system so the screen doesn’t get scratched.

if you need a gaming system for on the go then this for you beware some games don't have longevity so be sure you have some games in mind you want to play.

Very light, fits on my purse. Great mini console. Like that you can play same game with others online.
