Grandchildren love it. Easy enough for a first grader to use yet challenging enough for a fourth grader

I bought this for my son who travels quite a bit. It is perfect size for traveling and works great as a distraction in airport or during flights.

Great portable gaming console for all those times you just want something fun to play. If you like video games you will like this. Easy to carry, relatively durable, amazing how many ports there are for it. Can even kick it docked but do whole heartedly recommend getting a pro controller.

Our family loves the switch. It is a great concept being able to play it on the TV or as a handheld is pretty cool. My 14 and 17 year olds love it.

Not too many games out for this system yet but Zelda and Mariokart can keep you busy for a few months till they release SUPER SMASH BROS!!

Purchased for my son (and myself) and we love it. Really convenient when i am watching tv he can just pull it out of the dock and continue playing.

Hard to find in stock but no regrets getting one. lots of fine and great for gaming on the go or at home during the pandemic!

I've been a fan of Nintendo for a long time, but I have always been a little disappointed by the consoles when compared to the Xbox or Playstation. The Gamecube, though popular, looked like a purple toy and the build quality was marginal. The WiiU was just a huge disappointment - even though the 1st party games were pretty solid. The Switch is just brilliant. The interface, the design, and both in portable mode and console mode it delivers a seamless experience. I haven't even turned on my PS4 since I got the Switch... and it's worth it even if Zelda is the only game you ever buy for the platform.

I was planning to wait for a price drop or a cool special edition but ended up buying for Mario Odyssey and that Mario Rabbids game. I actually love the console. Thought the mobile to stationary gaming would be a gimmick but it feels so innovative. This is what Nintendo should've made the Wii U. Thought the removable controls would be a gimmick as well but it comes in handy when you want to local multiplayer unexpectedly. I've actually been using this feature often, surprisingly. There are a few downsides though. The battery life is pretty bad for a mobile device. Always have to make sure to bring along your charger just in case. The stand on the back is pretty cheap and feels like it'll break every time I pop it open. The plastic cover that covers the game slot feels cheap as well and hasn't closed fully since the first time I put in a game. On the subject of cheap plastic, the dock feels flimsy and many have had the screen scratched because of the dock. Last complaint is that having normal sized hands and up will make it somewhat difficult to use the Joycons. Pretty much a requirement to purchase a Switch Pro Controller for some people. Even with all the downsides the console is still really fun to use and looking forward to buying new games!

Works great. My daughter loves her birthday gift. Wish is cane with some games for the price.

The game selections are nice. There are throwbacks for the older generations, but most of the games are also easy for children too.

I love my Switch and cannot wait for the games that will be coming out in the future, must have for gamers who want something to play on the go.

Great Nintendo console. The only negative worth mentioning because it’s good to know going in, is that the joycon controllers are notorious about developing a drift in the movement sticks over time. My son has had this happen twice on his switch now and the replacement controllers are not cheap. That being said, the Switch is a must have console and is the best way to play all the classic Nintendo franchises. For 3rd party games, stick to PC, Xbox, or PlayStation.
