I purchased a Nintendo Switch on launch day and have sunk about 110 hours into The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is, unquestionably, the best game that I have ever played. I bought a second Nintendo Switch and a second copy of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for a friend. Highly recommended.

This system for the money can’t be beat. There are so many games of all varieties to chose from that we are never bored and it has been great for parties too. The best part was playing an intense game of Mario Party on a long plane ride.

It’s been tough for kids to not see their friends as much during the pandemic but this game system allows them to play games together like they’re in the same room. Plus a lot of classic games their parents will appreciate too!

We couldnt get the new OLED version, and honestly i am glad that we didnt wait. Other than the fact that the wifi is painfully slow, this thing is great. Hopefully Nintendo comes out with a lan dock for this version.

The last time I purchased a console was a PS2, so I’ve been out of the game for a while. The switch has been incredibly easy to pick up, and I really enjoy the experience of both handheld and console gaming with it. A great bargain with many games I’m excited to play coming out soon.

It was simply luck that we found this at Best Buy, both grandsons asked Santa for it for Christmas but “Santa” couldn’t find one, I did at Best Buy!! It’s their new obsession, hours of playtime with each planning how to achieve new challenges

Pros - plays great Nintendo titles, very compact size, does not try to be an entertainment hub as with Microsoft and Sony. Cons - no 4K, clumsy controllers.

Waited in line for this during the midnight release! It was definitely worth the wait and I am so glad I was one of the lucky few who got their hands on one so early after release. Love Nintendo, love this console. Beautiful, lightweight, and versatile. Zelda BOTW is a masterpiece to play on the Switch. <3

I used to love Mario when I was younger and this is a flashback to that. The fact you can hook it up to your tv and take it on the to is pretty cool too.

Finally got it at Best Buy. Beat the bots. My kids love Animal Crossing and Best Buy's curbside service was top notch. Only con was that there is a family and an individual Nintendo Online membership. I made the mistake of buying the individual membership.

What can I say, awesome. Great gaming system for the kids. They are having a blast. Would recommend purchasing the memory cards ... the unit comes with barely any. Overall, recommend this gaming console.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. It is awesome. He’s able to play on the tablet itself or hook it up to the tv screen and play with his brothers. The controller comes off and makes “2” separate ones to play with a friend or comes together to play solo. Best purchase I ever made.

Just bought this with my girlfriend, I've had my own since launch. It's really solid, especially now almost three years after launch. Great library, there are improvements that could be made to the UI and hardware, but overall it's super solid and highly recommended.

When I bought this, I was trying to decide between this and an Xbox one. I’m glad I got the Nintendo!!!! The kids love it. I like the game cartridges looking like SD cards instead of disks (they can’t scratch these just by putting them on top of the cabinet). More kid friendly games.

The Nintendo Switch is amazing! The graphics are great and the games very family oriented. As an adult who doesn’t really play video games I do enjoy playing this without the kids. It’s a great system for all ages. Even grandparents can get into it. I would recommend this to everyone.

I bought this Nintendo for my son he loves the versatility of it he can’t take it anywhere and download many different apps on it. I love great features

I first bought the Nintendo switch lite But I wanted to play on a bigger tv display Easier for me to see by playing on my hd tv love the Mario games on it I’m looking forward to buying more games for the Nintendo switch In the future

The system is obviously innovative - a hybrid home console/handheld? YES PLEASE! However, there are some flaws that might get ironed out in later hardware revisions: The dock may scratch the screen when you put the system in, which makes getting a screen protector a must. The TV mode actually causes intensive games like Zelda to lag a lot. IIRC it was announced way back that the dock was supposed to enable additional processing power when output to the TV, but it turns out that that's not the case. Like any other newly launched consoles, the library is extremely limited. That will improve over time, however.

I grew up with the old school LCD Nintendo handhelds that used those button batteries so I'm showing my age. I've always liked gaming but not so much to play on a tv set. The Switch did not disappoint. It seems that the developers are perhaps playing to my age demographic with the re-release of Doom and upcoming Crash Bandicoot. Thankfully the games aren't terribly difficult or at the very least have scaling. The older I get the worse I play. My only gripe is battery life isn't so hot. I guess I need to find a battery pack for my cross country plane trips that I bought this console for

This came in no time at all easily beating the Christmas rush. My son loves it. He has played it everyday since Christmas so this year was a success unlike the year we bought him a Sphero BB8. He still gives us cr*p for it (Best Buy made me censor this word, ha ha). Oh well. You can't win them all.
