    I really enjoyed playing game handheld until I decided to play the switch docked. The joycons have terrible connection and disconnected almost every minute. I’m not sure if it’s faulty but the only way I can play it docked is if I use another controller and not the joycons.

    Doesn’t run netflix. Very expensive. Games are expensive. requires an extra SD card to even have room on device to play the games you just spent so much money on. I got it for my boyfriend for Christmas, I’m glad he loves it, but it takes so much money to start seeing any good use of it.

    Had to utilize full warranty within about 3 months of purchase due to Nintendo switch not turning on. There had been little use and no accidents causing this issue. Now worried since no longer under a warranty because best buy used up all of the coverage will quit working again.
