    Broke after playing one game time on Christmas And now have to waits and see if geek squad can fix it. I’m lucky I got the insurance or I would have been out of $300 but really should not had to go threw all this .

    I bought this for my son with geek squad protection. A couple months later it had software malfunction. Sent to geek squad they replaced it but told me i no longer have my 2 year protection.
