But I'm hoping this system gets a lot more games..

this is a fun console. not manyh games for it yet.

This is a bit expensive for a console that’s so small but it’s like one pound very easy to carry and easy to travel with. If your not gonna play with only local I would get the nintendo lite because of price!

Good console for the kids but it's only 2 months and I'm having an issue with the left joycon controller. Won't connect and won't charge. I'll get a separate charge and if this does not work I'll have to take it for repair. Not good.

No instructions come with the console. I vaguely shows you how to setup the console but anything past that you have to go to the support website for ANY assistance. We tried getting the second player off of the game while we were playing to just play one player and still dont know how to get it off. Do not buy this console. I dont know how they got away from making it user friendly. This thing is so much more complicated than my Xbox one. Controllers are terrible also. Just dont buy this console i can stress it enough

Not to many games to chose from. But mainly bought it for fortnight. The handheld way while playing sounded a bit loud like the motor fan was running non stop. Maybe because fortnight takes a lot. It’s ok. Rather have a big console.

As far as mobile gaming goes, yea this is probably the best out there. However at the price of 300$ this isn't a worthwhile buy, not enough games and not enough options. Basically a "3ds XL+"

The display portion of this seems solid. The docking station seems fairly well thought out. The handles..... 'Joy-cons' as they call them. Are flimsy when attached to the display. they seem ok when connected to the weird game-controller handle thingee. At least the Joy-cons are properly supported I only play a couple games on Nintendo (usually with the nieces and nephews .. Like Mario Cart.... Playing Mortal Kombat 11 is just a joke.

I got caught up in the hype, thought it would be cool to play all the games growing up as a kid. Turns out there is not many good named ones out yet. The consule is unique but not really good at anything. Way to high of a price for what you get.

Bought this system 6/5/19 and yesterday 9/26/19 I had bring it in for dead battery cell guy says in geek squad now have wait for new controller also my controller is covered by manufacturer but not geek squad but online says controllers are covered so witch is it?! Also the system not even full 4 months old and breaking already. The controller just stopped working as I was using it I charged it and still every time I click controller on system it doesn’t flash like it suppose to so u know it’s connected I’m hoping goes back to normal after this NEW controller but think it’s the actual system must of got a lemon

The system itself is pretty solid with some very unique ideas. Sadly, there hasn't been anything out for it that justifies the expensive purchase of the console. Most of the games that are out for it are out on the Wii U Already for much cheaper.

After having this device for a short time with it rarely leaving the dock the memory card slot stopped working. I waited months for the console to come back on the shelves Due to COVID only to have to wait another 3-4weeks to have it fixed and returned. if it can’t be fixed it will be a refund and an even longer time to get a new one. This was a big disappointment. I would hate to think what would have happened if I didn’t have the extended warranty protection plan on it. I hope after it is fixed I will have it for many years of fun and entertainment to come.

This game console is great. Buyer beware. The joy-cons drift. All of them do so be prepared by getting a standard controller to use while shipping out your joy-con gets a free repair.

Once again Nintendo thinks it can do the exact opposite of the other game companies and be just as successful; please wait for the price to drop. You can play amazing games on your cell phone right now and better console games on a PS4 at home.

Love the Switch! I can play all the Mario games!! Would be 5 stars but I bought this at the end of February and by October one of the joycons needed replacing :( Joycons are not cheap.

Bought this for my son and I don't know much about video games but it seems to be under powered and really is just a handheld that you can hook up to your tv. Games fair. Controller seems sturdy and well made.

very disappointed pick up the switch drove home only to find out some careless employee used a box cutter to open the shipment box which it also cut all the way to the screen of the switch smh

My biggest concern is not being able to cloud save your data. If my save is locked to one system and it cannot be saved then how will I be able to come to a game I just saved. Hopefully Nintendo can fix this fast along with its other issues

Bought a Nintendo Switch for my son for Christmas. Also, purchased Fortnite with a code to download. Tried for days to download the game and all it said was downloading. Finally gave up. Expected more and got nothing.

Not as good as PS4. Not as user friendly and other game systems. However, it is the best game console to travel with. Just not great for the house. I would rather play PS4
