Not a fan I retuned it. Can only hold 2 games. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I like the Switch. My only concern is some of the third party games you have to purchase an additional joycon to use. Other than that, I do not like the fact that you can not download certain apps. Overall it is a fun system.

The buttons on the controllers are pretty complicated, as the have to be with so many things they have to do. But now some of the buttons are getting a little, shall we say "worn". They need to be built stronger.

Very few games not worth 300 plus another 60 per game can't stream Netflix or other stuff etc. Wait a year till they fix it's flaws and have more than a handful of games to play

I found out after only having it a day that they won't repair if you don't have Geek Squad and won't replace if there are none in stock

I don't know. it's a Christmas present. I'm hoping that it works, because Best Buy won't let me return it since it's out of their "Christmas Season purchases"

The Ring Video doorbell is not compatible with certain digital chimes. The box did not indicate this. Found out after I installed when the chime would not stop ringing. Will have to install Ring's own chime.

Works fine and all but you only get to use about 20-25 of the 32gb space. The Nintendo store is glitchy and just overall not very smooth. Good console tho

Not much i can say about the switch. Was pretty much a big disappointment. The price is Way to high for such a small system. I mean i pain $200 for a Xbox One S with 4k blue ray player. And this switch can even play a CD...ugg

This thing is overpriced and i would wait to grab a bundle for the same price. Like the Mario kart black friday bundle Or walmart has a holiday bundle.

Albeit, the games are good, and the family enjoys the use of it, as a parent I have HUGE ISSUES with the product! Although this is a cross portable/console gaming system, Nintendo fails to add basic theft deterrent measures: Example: 1) There is no way to add a PIN to prevent unauthorized users from using your device. (All other game systems do! Xbox, PlayStation, Android and even the draconian Apple devices.) 2) This device requires internet connection to configure it, and requires a internet connection from time to time for updates and other internal functions, yet, there is NO WAY FOR USERS TO TRACK THEIR DEVICE WHEN ITS LOST! So if your device is lost or stolen, too bad for you (us)! Besides that, there are other outrageous inconsistencies with the gaming standards! 1) You may ONLY OWN 1 SWITCH. Once you link it to your Nintendo account, that is it! So if you have a family with 2-3 kids, you cannot buy a digital games once and family share, however all the other gaming platforms allow this! ie: Xbox, PlayStation, Google Play and even the draconian Apple. Also, Nintendo products (consoles and games) are almost never on sale. Although that is not a "defect" or "bug", its just a bad company practice and makes this system less appealing to parents who don't want (or need to) spend a small fortune with "games". I rather buy (and have done so) 3 XBoxs and everyone is playing together just fine. That, and the limited amount of cross-platform games Nintendo has to offer (only Fortnite & Minecraft) makes the Nintendo Switch a poor value for purchase and enjoyment. I recommend everyone NOT to buy Nintendo Switchs until their management fixes and addresses all of these issues.

This is a good handheld console, but once you dock it there are issues. The screen can be scratched by the dock station. Sometimes doesn't read card and on occasion screen flickers. Feels like Nintendo could of done better.

fun but battery no longer charges after 5 months. Glad i bought the extended warranty offer from Bestbuy. TV connect function is great when at home.

Lots of quality control issues as it is a cheap Nintendo product, plagued with issues like dead pixels, wobbly joycons, dust under screen etc. It took me several tries to get one I was happy with.

Best Buy got this shipped to me super fast and in great condition, however, Ive only had my switch for a month and am already experiencing pretty bad joy con drift, im disappointed.

The Nintendo Switch feels good. It's a solid piece of hardware, but is lacking on features at the moment. Hopefully in few months and a few patches will resolve this.

Overall great game console only bad thing there is no headphone jack in remote so when you connect with tv you can't chat online. You have fo buy extra headphone product OR wireless adapter for chat.

The joy cons are very weak and break easily. the controller it comes with also is made of cheap plastic. the games are fun, however th system is made with cheap materials

I purchase this for my kids, at 1st it was great for the kids, a year later the left port stopped charging and recognizing controllers. Still waiting on a response from Nintendo.

The number of games is limited. We bought primarily for Mario games but, not all Mario games are available in this platform. You have to pay for a subscription if you want to acces the online store.
