We are on our second switch now & again I will be taking it in to get a new one. The first one had an issue with the controller staying attached to the console, this one has a toggle that has not held up & now won’t work. It’s only been a month since getting the second & I already need it repaired or replaced...that being said, every other aspect has been great, love the games love the console. Excited for the new switch to come out!

I Patrick hate it. I try to transfer my save data it don’t go well. Buyer beware and get a ps3 instead. With love Patrick

After a day playing with the Switch I can't say enough good things about the new Nintendo console. As an 80s kids I grew up with Nintendo thanks to the NES and beyond but they lost me with the Wii/Wii U. I have no doubt over the next few years I'll enjoy the heck out of every Zelda, Mario, Pikmin and other Nintendo exclusives but make no mistake, if you are a gamer this is a companion console. For what the Switch is I think it is a fantastic hybrid between home/portable but I can't imagine you are going to see the big third party games on the Switch or console exclusives that look as pretty as Uncharted 4 or Horizon Zero Dawn. With that said this is already getting more use than the Xbox One S I recently sold off. My 5 stars is for what IS there... I love the hardware itself, something I haven't said about a Nintendo console for years. Before purchasing the console I wasn't all the interested in having something portable and figured this would just stay in the dock but I can see myself taking this around the house or on long trips to kill some time. In regards to software, there isn't a lot yet but of course I picked up Zelda and it is absolutely brilliant! It will definitely keep me busy for a while and for my money was worth the price of admission on launch day. I can understand why someone might want to wait a while on the console, especially if they are not a Zelda fan. For myself it was a day one must buy and I don't regret it at all:)

Ok graphics need work remotes a little flimsy and come apart east ok not worth the price

Bought it in March and it stopped charging in April. Im sending it to Nintendo hopefully its just a manufacturing issue and they can fix it.

The Switch itself is 5 star; the docking station that comes with it is a piece of junk

been waiting for the nintendo switch for over a week sure hope its here soon, its a christmas gift to my grandkids

This console is pretty cool and all being able to travel and play full scale games but there are several downside. 1) ~3.5 hour battery life when playing consistently 2) Graphics are kind of weak especially coming from 4K PC graphics 3) No netflix no youtube no apps NO INTERNET BROWSER!!! Seriously what on earth was nintendo thinking. An iphone from 2007 has these capabilities.

I rate it a one start because this is the second controller I had to purchase after the original one broke. My intent was to utilize the Bestbuy exchange / return option but was told that the purchase was 18 days old and was not covered. So the original controller broke with 18 of purchasing it.

My nephews from the ages of 9 and 12, they tore up the switch faster than you can blink. Be ware when giving to children.

Very cool concept that Nintendo has going here, but for me the controller hurt my hands regardless of how I held it, and the joysticks were incredibly difficult to accurately control. I ended up returning for this reason. Yes, I realize there are bigger controllers, but if I'm going to be forced to use it stationary with an xbox-like controller, I may as well just get an Xbox.

I did not know that in order to save certain games, you need a membership. Besides that, the system is fine.

I love the game console. I just feel it was too delicate. Every bump I was worried my screen would turn black and stay that way

I love the system! The only complaint that I have is that I pre ordered and when I got it the power cord didn't work. I wasn't offered a replacement cord.

System is good ! My son is happy so im happy! I have no complaints about my purchase at best buy

I know these switches became pretty popular the last few months but Im just not a fan. Ill stick to my other consoles.

It is easy to use, nothing great not worth the price.

We are having a lot of fun these days whit this. FIFA, MARIO ....etc. But I wouldn't buy this if I knew the new switch coming soon.

I know there was a lot of hype around the Nintendo switch, but I did not understand why. I purchase the system and I was extremely unhappy with the purchase. In fact I return the product. And the time that I had it sure, I love to play Mario kart that was great. But literally everything about the Nintendo switch was made to be frustrating, no Netflix no Hulu no Internet browser nothing like any other system out there. Just not a good system at all
