the left joy-con was drifting on its own, I sent it to Nintendo and they refuse to fix it, then one day the system wouldn't turn on so I sent it again, this time they fixed also the joy-con, now they have no question ask policy about the joy-con because they know it's design defect, beside that the games and the system are very fun to play, I love this system.

At first I was excited to finally get a switch and play Zelda, I don't like that there are no apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc

The Switch will just not connect to the servers. It does connect to the WiFi router (three of them have been used to test the console). Have gone through every troubleshooting options, even every option given by the Nintendo support team (through their 1-800), and it won't connect to the servers: changing DNS (various legal, public options, including three different options given by Nintendo), factory resetting (three times), restarting (a lot of times), changing IP addresses. Just every single option has been tested. Nevertheless, instead of being able to exchange the unit, I have to call my internet provider, again. Let me add, I have another Switch, which is working just fine (so far), which has been subject of all tests ran on the faulty one and it has performed as expected; so I guess the internet provider, nor the WiFi routers are to be blamed. Connecting issues on the Switch are not that uncommon. Now I am stuck with a very expensive, cool looking paperweight.
