Horrible service i tried contacting support beforehand and no answer.

The games are good, but the joy cons seem to be easy to misuse and expensive to replace.

I got this as a birthday present. MARIO kart is great but the other games are very limited.

It's a great console but the controls got broken after a few months.

This was a gift. Have no idea how it is. We are not using it.

The new Zelda game is fun. But Nintendo dropped the ball on a few things that should have been included for this to be worth the money. My main complaint is that they should have just made all of the joycon holders as the charging ones. The money hungry company knows that anybody that wants to mainly play on their TV will have to go out and buy the not included charging dock for the joycon. This system should also include the 1, 2, switch game. Or at least something small packaged in. ( 1, 2, switch seems just as valuable as Wii sports.) Also having the charging port of the console at the bottom makes sense... until you remember there is a stand feature to sit the system up like a TV on a table. There is no way to charge it while using in this manner. Looks like the stand was a last minute after-thought. Great product idea but it doesn't seem like they put any heart into it for the fans. I would suggest waiting until they either drop the price or put out a fair package.

There are lots of good games for this, but the design is not as good as it could be.

Very costly for console and games especially when young kids are the ones who want it

Didn’t want to spend an extra $80 on an extra controller. Ahould’ve Been included.

Now, to preface this review with this caveat: I am basing this review only on the product I originally purchased, not the replacement. I bought a Nintendo Switch - Grey, this afternoon at approximately 1pm, and when I got it home, I followed the instructions to a T to hook it up and begin using it. And.... Nothing happened... The screen started to blink with a battery full icon, but the thing would not turn on! When holding down the power button, all I would get was the Nintendo logo, and then nothing, the screen went blank and went back to the blinking battery icon again... I called Nintendo customer service, and after about 5 minutes of troubleshooting, they came to the conclusion that it was a manufacturer defect. I just hope that heading 20 minutes BACK to Best Buy that they will exchange the defective product for a new one, that, hopefully, works. Here's to hoping! :)

Good system with no games shouldve been more games at launch

I got a Christmas item I can’t use and now have to waste time shopping to find a replacement

I think this is a fun next step in consoles but it isn't worth the money for me quite yet.

This is not quite what I was looking for. I would expect a few more features on it like a web browser or netflix. With tablets today being able to do all these things I was hoping these features would be coming to the switch but not in the foreseeable future. Has a lot of potential but not quite what I feel it should be.

Had to send controllers off to fix the left joystick.

System gets a 5, but the docking station gets a 1. Docking station has a design flaw.

Item was expected. Dont have anything to add as it is standard. Just that it’s expensive.

Grandchild wanted it for X-MAS, I don't think it's worth the money.

It's good for the younger people but overall since its new there's a lack of game selection
