Great game many hours of fun exciting fun occupied time

We have had to get it fixed twice already. Took three weeks to fix it the first time and the second time they are asking us to pay $100+. We take great care of the product and do not use it very often. After this last up date it stopped working for no reason and Nintendo will do nothing about it, unless we pay $100+.

Not a big fan of this device, my daughter rarely plays it. I would not purchase this again.

Love the fact that you can play anywhere, not tied to a cord.

Nintendo switches are pretty neat. They are easy to use and i like how it can transform from in hand to the tv, and can be used with the pale and controller. The only thing I have found that I'm kind of annoyed by is how challenging it is to take the paddles off the device, and off the black strip when they are independent controllers. They stick, and im worried im going to break it.

This console is excellent! I have not owned a Nintendo system since the Wii. I grew up playing the NES and all the systems after it but the systems became so bad I went to xbox. Well this was a Christmas present from my wife and we love it! The system was easy to set up and we got started right away. The system boots up in seconds from being completely turned off and even faster from sleep mode. Switching from TV to handheld is a breeze which is a great feature when I want to play video games while my wife watches TV. The video quality is excelling in all modes of play. The games are excellent as well. Have aleady been playing mario kart 8 and odyssey and they are very addicting. Going to get Zelda tomorrow. Would definitely recommend getting a carrying/travel case as well as a screen protector since it would seem easy to scratch the screen with using the stand for playing on the TV. The Amiibo feature is a nice addition as well. Certain characters give extra perks in games so collecting them adds another demention to the games as well.

I purchased a Nintendo switch for my Kids in Egypt and they just tried it but unfortunately the AC adapter is not working at all. The AC adapter seems to be defective although it was new !!! Very strange about Nintendo!! Appreciate if any one from bestbuy can contact me.

Only game worth playing on this system is Mario cart. Wish I would have got a PlayStation

It was delivered to my residence the box, and it seems to have been used by world renowned soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo for practice. Then promptly handed to the Tasmanian Devil and torn into. I opened the box and the item was contained in was damaged.

I went and bought this trash console one day and i knew it was going to be trash but i still bought it why because why not QUALITY OF GAMES WAS TRASHHHH i would go to home screen and it would FREEZE AND LAG returning the next day

The Wii was better, for all that so was Game Cube. Glorified handheld .

Money wasted my daughter does not like this game she does not even play it

Switch died and wouldn’t charge/turn on after less than one month. We had to have it shipped out for repairs and are now awaiting those repairs or replacement to take place. Best Buy’s Geek Squad customer service at the Winston Salem store was excellent!

Geek squad couldn’t help me and one of the joysticks seems to act weird

This switch had everything go wrong with it that could from not reading memory cards to not reading software cards... Nintendo was no help either due to covid they no longer were accepting any more for repairs. avoid the all black generation model at all costs.

Kids did not like this, had to return it for something else.

This Nintendo has a lot of problem specially the system.

great console ,but took it back to Best Buy cause it froze up and didn't start back up so I went back up to get another but they weren't in stock and they were suppose to get ahold of me and I have never ever heard a word from Best Buy so I took my business elsewhere ,I left my name & number for the manager to get ahold of me

Well. The online store is a joke. The console is tedious to keep everything charged.
