Easy to set up and use and lots of fun games. The controllers are a little small, but we got used to it.

Would not recommend. Tried to switch it but it wouldn't.

Wouldn't recommend this product. It's bad. 1st didn't charge from new purchase, 2nd didnt see image to tv from dock, 3rd repair screen would not show image, 4th got tire and wrote a bad review to nitendo repair and got change for another one.

Returned this item after reading all the issues it has.

No games to play. Low quality graphics. Low quality hardware. First controller connectivity issues. Cheap overall quality throughout. Weak interface. Quite possibly the worst system I've ever purchase in the last 25 years. I've purchased probably 20 consoles overall.

Intermittent black screen while playing. As a result, making this console useless. Contacted Nintendo, tried every possibility to include changing TVs, HDMI cables, hard resets, etc.

The Nintendo switch is a great console and what makes it even better is that it's portable which means that you can take it wherever you go. There's a bunch of games and if you want more games, you should check switch online. Another thing that I would recommend is getting a micro sdxc card so that you could have more storage.

Lots of games. My son loves it. Versatile can be played on television or handheld.

Let me just start by saying I have owned just about every video game console since the NES. I'm a big PlayStation 4 gamer and also own an Xbox one. That being said, Nintendo is something else, something special. While after playing the same game over and over it can become a chore, but nintendos exclusives and ideas cannot be beat. This is what gaming is supposed to be. This is true with the Switch. The Switch is the most innovative console to date, not following the living room console norm. There are so many ways to play and this thing can go absolutely anywhere. Battery life is great, comparable to 3DS and outlasting some IPads and PSVita handhelds. You get to play AAA titles at home and wherever else you wish. The handheld display is so crisp and vibrant. The "switch" from tv to handheld and vice versa is seamless. The pro controller is like a hybrid of a PS4 and Xbox one controller but better in most ways, especially its massive battery life. What is really impressive is the joycons. The sensors and the HD rumble is something you have to experience. Last but not least, the games. While Zelda is a Wii U title as well, the Switch does it better. Slightly better graphics and able to take ANYWHERE you go. The system is overall super impressive and Breath of the Wild may quite possibly be the greatest game to ever hit the gaming industry, it's beautiful. I truly hope everyone who is a gamer can pick up the Switch and Zelda, totally worth it and couldn't be happier I preordered. Never have a written a review on Best Buy, but the NS deserves it. Well done.

I bought it three weeks ago and the fans sound extremely loud. They don’t accept return or replacement. You have to send the machine back to Nintendo to fix.

I bought one for my son for Christmas. It only lasted about 6 months and then the controller refused to charge. Bought another one and only lasted a month and then same problem. Called Nintendo too many times to count. Junk!

The Switch’s screen is made of a strong plastic that would take extreme damage to break, and the Joy-Cons, once attached, are designed to protect the Switch if dropped. These Joy-Cons fit firmly in most peoples’ hands and create a comfortable, portable device when attached to the Switch. The dock, once connected to a television, allows for you to simply drop the Switch in and have the screen transfer. While the dock feels a little cheap and lacks in its ports, the simplicity of transferring the Switch to the television is unrivaled. Usage: Pure Accessibility Nintendo has always attempted to create consoles that work for all types of people, and the Switch nails that idea. A device made for both those in front of a television and those on the go, the Switch is designed to be accessed by anyone at any time. As a home console, the Switch is weaker than your average console, but makes up for this shortcoming by allowing more interactive and physical play with motion controls. As a portable console, the Switch is a technical achievement. The simple ability of bringing a full-featured console on the go with you is unrivaled compared to other consoles, and is a great leap in the right direction for video games. Verdict The Nintendo Switch is a flat out amazing, fun, and crazy idea for a console that ends up just working. The sheer amount of ways to play and access your games puts the console head and shoulders above the competition. The Switch is something that can fit into anyone’s daily life, whether that’s commuting 2 hours both ways, or simply sitting in front of the couch after a hard day’s work. Nintendo has absolutely knocked it out of the park with the Switch, and the future it holds will bring more excitement and fun.

Came in a brand new box, worked exactly.as it should and had no scratches or cracks,brands, etc. for a great price we got a great switch, overall great product and priceand the functionality is perfect.I ordered it online and it was immediately available in the Mount Juliet store, the service in the store was second to none.

I received the item as a Christmas present and the housing was cracked on the game system. After being on the phone for 52 minutes I was told it could take 6 months to get a replacement.

Dock was broken. Looked like it was glued together with a piece missing inside so you wouldn't notice. Disappointing buy. Shouldve checked it before releasing the item to me.

Put simply, this console is amazing, and I have not had any issues so far. Luckily, I was able to get one during the pandemic. I love that I can switch between it connecting to my TV and being handheld easily by just docking the console, which is very light. I first bought a Nintendo Switch Lite, but then I found the actual console. The regular Switch is just barely heavier than the Lite, so I definitely prefer the regular Switch for its hybrid nature of being able to be docked and handheld. Also, you will not want to miss out on Animal Crossing, which I have been obsessed with. Get it if you can!

Joy sticks broke after a weeks use, graphics are very low quality for the price of games and console. The online also sucks compared to other consoles. Wouldn’t recommend this console to any gamers
