great for : - people who commute a lot - people who travel a lot, or work on the road - kids, i would have loved to have a tablet/handheld that can turn into a 2 player game station any time, any where - living room entertainment for casual players, echoing aspects and potential of the Wii. - hardcore gamers, with a new core Zelda, Mario and Xenoblade in less than one year, along with competitive multiplayer games Arms, Splatoon 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the Switch is sending strong signals that it is going to serve to gamers looking for depth and challenges in their games. this a counter review for the 2 star one that is reviewing the Switch conference

As a Nintendo Fan I would blindly say that this is the best it gets with todays technology. Amazing graphics, portability, great feel, durable batteries... All I ever asked!

It's a masterpiece home/handheld console, the marketing is perfect, playing it handheld is so cozy, their tons of masterpiece games for everyone, the joy-cons are so original & cool, the HD rumble is amazing, it's easy to hold the system, NS online is on a good price, the menu is clean, you can add more memory slots with a microSD card, the cartages are back, the graphics are superb up to 1080p, there is a dock to keep the cables safe, you can touch the screen on handheld mode just like the Wii U gamepad, sliding the joy-cons are so neat, & you can play the Switch anywhere!

Exactly what I wanted, works great. Sometimes the red controller has a had time connecting but other than that I give it a 8/10

This is a very good console and Nintendo did a great job with it. Amazing to play Zelda BotW anywhere I want. Pros: Zelda Easily Portable Clean and easy to us UI Works very well on the go Zelda again Cons: Not many games yet Joycons are a little small for bigger hands Well worth the price to me for Zelda and playing on the go. I recommend getting a pro controller when the prices aren't scalper prices.

It lets you play with an actual controller or with the joy cons which give you the feel of Nintendo Wii, which will make people happy if you’re transitioning over from that system. For being out for a year and a half, it does have a nice aray of games of various varieties, with great accessories to use with it.

Love it! The screen is a good size for the handheld and the ability to hook to a tv makes it even better. Very user friendly.

It definitely works for people in today's society where everyone is much too busy to sit around and dedicate their time to just play video games. With the Nintendo Switch, anybody can take their console on the go whenever they want and wherever they want. The system is filled with great technology and is priced at a fair $300. This is a console everyone will want and with the amazing games coming for the Switch, it is well worth the $300. Nintendo has done it again with their next generation console and brilliant, innovative thinking!

I have a PS3 with dozens of games that has been collecting dust for the past year or so, but the Nintendo Switch has completely revitalized my interest in gaming. I bought this as a "last attempt" to enjoy video games, and boy do I feel like a kid again! Mario Party, Mario + Rabbids, Mega Man, Mario Kart...I could go on and on, but every game I've played has been a blast!! If you're like me and grew up playing Nintendo and Super Nintendo, the nostalgia factor on this thing can't be beat. Verdict: the most fun gaming console I have ever owned!

This is not your Super Nintendo nor is it your Nintendo 64 but it sure is WAY better than the Wii and Wii U.
