Used my replacement plan to get this one because the other had wear and tear on the controllers after 6 months of use. Even though I bought new extra set of controllers. I realized that I had the replacement plan on this system so I might as well use it. Went to my local store they had the switch in stock, but low quantity. I was able to get an entire new system, and they transferred all my information and games to the new system in the store. It took about 15 minutes, but it is worth the wait. My kids were happy they had their games saved, and anything to needed to be re-downloaded was on your Nintendo eshop account. I bought the replacement plan again for the new one. My kids play with this system more than the other systems we have. I still kept the extra set of controllers I bought (neon pink and green). I did have to buy another screen protector for the display, and don't forget to remove your memory card in the console. Great customer service, and had no problems with using my replacement plan, and easy exchange.

I love my Switch! It’s easy to use and has good games available for it. I love being able to take it with me and have a full game console wherever I go. I ordered online for store pickup and it came a day earlier than first expected.

The kids are enjoying it but they sometimes still want to play in their Kindles instead. :( They are waiting to get Animal Crossings. We like how it can be played on TV but then also taken elsewhere as a handheld game.
