I bought this the day it released and I love it. I'm 25 years old and the games available are entertaining to me as much as they are to my 8 year old cousins. I love that it can be played on the TV as well as a portable device with a great size screen. My only complain is that the included controller grip is somewhat awkward shaped, but everything else is good.

Great way to play at home and away, kids love it and the adults too.

I bought this for myself after months of wanting it and hearing how great it was. I don't regret the money I spent for a single second. I love that there is so much included in the package: HDMI, docking station, joycon controller, and wrist straps. It really is great for so many different types of gaming: multiplayer with two separate controllers, one player with the joycon, and one player with the switch. It has amazing graphics and I love that you can easily convert to playing it on the TV. The controller is a blend of classic nintendo and more modern gaming platforms and is super easy to learn. I am by no means a gamer but I would recommend this to absolutely anyone, from children to teens to adults that just miss the nostalgia of playing nintendo!

Just what we expected from Nintendo, fun and quality.

With the advent of the Wii, Nintendo got soccer moms and non-video game players alike to fall in love with gaming. 100 million units sold later, Nintendo brought the Wii U to the public. Not so successful. Where the big N never marketed the Wii U correctly or explained its strengths and weaknesses, they came through clearly with the Nintendo Switch. Essentially a home console that can be undocked and played on the go. Great idea, and it works! The tablet has 2 controllers called Joy-Con controllers that allow you to use it in tabletop mode for games that use it. Games are on cartridges, so you won't worry about scratching disks. This system also uses SD cards for storage. You will enjoy the system because the games are coming. Super Mario Odyssey is coming, Super Mario Kart is coming later this month. The games will be here.
