I purchased this for my son for Christmas. Haven’t opened yet so cant give an adequate review.

"It's underpowered, it's DOA, Nintendo lost." This is what I heard before this console released. It's nice to know that these comments are wrong. The Switch is an excellent console, sure it doesn't have the power found in the One or PS4 - but it kills when it comes to the entertainment it provides. The Switch is a must have for casuals and enthusiasts. The Switch performs well, and it's library is rapidly evolving. The design is perfect and experience is top notch.

Every time we think Nintendo will run out of ideas to redefine how we see gaming, they blow us away. The Switch is a phenomenal device for gaming of all kinds. With a stellar lineup of games in just its first year, the Switch shows that Nintendo isn't going anywhere. You can play all of your favorite games on the go, or put it on the big screen at home, in a matter of seconds. If you're wondering if you should buy a Switch, you won't regret it.

Nintendo has done little right since the GameCube in my opinion, until now. I can play all the same games I used to love playing on my cube and sp. Its awesome

The Nintendo Switch is awesome! Extremely user friendly and easy to get up and running. Love the idea of a console that can go anywhere! The hand held has a great looking screen and it looks good when played through my 4K tv as well. The one thing that took a bit to get used to are the tiny controls. I’ve played Xbox One and PS4 for many years and the controller for Switch is much smaller than those! You get used to it after a few hours of game play.

Really helping out evryone around the house. It gets ya through some boring times. We all lay smash and Mario cart together love it. Hope evryone is staying safe

This little thing is amazing. Full HD gaming finally on Nintendo. Best Mario game yet. Bought for my daughter and I play on it as much as she does.

It was a great family gift to get for all the kids and it’s portable like a Nintendo DS system.

Easy to connect kids love availability to take on trips. I’d increase the memory card to 64-128gb from the 32gb

Bought this for my son as he is not ready for an Xbox. I like the portable concept and is the main reason why I chose it over Xbox. I am a bit disappointed in costs of additional controllers at $80

Great system, Portable which is awesome for car rides and the multiplayer is great for the two kiddos.

This is a return to form, not only for Nintendo, but for consoles. Split screen, portable, multiplayer,and fun!

I bought this for my sister’s birthday and she and her boyfriend love it. I also own one and I suggest getting Switch over the Switch Lite because it gives you the flexibility to play on your TV or take it on the go. The game library is excellent and the price point makes it more accessible than other gaming systems. I would highly recommend this console to people of all ages.

Good entertainment, has good graphics not heavy at all

The only complaint I have is from the near death experience I had when I told my wife what I bought (sarcasm). I was actually in BestBuy to buy xbox money and when I walked by the Nintendo stuff, there it was, the fabled Nintendo Switch. I grabbed it immediately then spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out if I needed it. Ultimately I bought it and I'm glad I did. The wife is warming up to it and the kids love it. Now I just need to convince her that I need Zelda...

Easy to set up and fun to use, it’s a reasonable price for a regular console
