I bought this for my boyfriend but actually love playing with him. It's convenient and easy to use.

So I was iffy about buying this right out of the gate. I had flashbacks to my Xbox 360 days, and was hoping I wasn't going to have the same luck as I did back in 2005. Overall I like its versatility. If I want to lay in bed and play I can, if I want to play on my tv I can. Because it has just launched you cannot punish it based on the bare bones marketplace. The only issue I have come across thus far is I've had some frame rate issues on Zelda, nothing bad enough to kill me but it's an annoyance here and there. I'll update this review in a few months, as I've had it for such a little time.

The Switch is one of the best consoles I have ever played in my 25+ years of gaming. The ability to take it places and play on the go is so fun. I love docking the Switch and playing on my HDTV while using the additional Switch Pro Controller.

A fun console for people of all ages, whether you feel like playing by yourself or with a group of friends. Easy to switch back and forth between the big screen and the small / at home or on the go with the included dock. Would recommend for anyone who is on the fence about getting one.

Was a little apprehensive to purchase a system that my 9 year old and his 5 year old cousin would be able to travel with. Turns out to have been a good choice and keeps them entertained whether at home or while traveling. And I am loving the graphics and the games as well

Two systems for the price of one! You can't beat that. So easy to use. The only thing I didn't like was there was no instructions for low battery. I had to google what to do. Also, not many games available to buy. Other than that it's a great gaming system. My grandson and daughters love it

Our family loves the switch. Great option for both kids and parents. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to figure out how to get multiple people set up to play at once.

I can now game ANYWERE!!! Sure the PlayStation has the vita, and The Wii U has a seperate screen. But the Switch gives you the freedom to take gaming on the road when and wherever you want. My only two gripes are lack of hardcore games for console and no virtual console. Both will come with time.

Excellent console and the selection of games is excellent. I think that buying early in the cycle reduces overall value and I feel the same way about this purchase but if you wanted value and didn't need portability I think the best overall gaming value right now is a PS4 and PS Plus subscription
