Gift for my younger brother he loved it. As a Nintendo fan do wish Nintendo would upgrade the processor on the switch consoles. its the same from 2015.

Very strong and sturdy device. Perfect for growing kids. When they fight for the device, device is strong enough to handle the beating.

Controls are largely intuitive for a generation familiar with hand-held controllers, and/or handheld gaming. I purchased in anticipation of sheltering-in-place during the Covid-19 pandemic as an alternative to the larger Nintendo Switch. I found the controls and smaller sizing compared to the Switch in portable mode a perfect compromise for convenient game play. However, certain games e.g. high-resolution and / or more interactive game-play like Zelda: Breath of the Wild or even Assassin's Creed, would likely be more enjoyable on the big screen option offered by the larger Nintendo Switch console. All that to say, I'd definitely recommend the Nintendo Switch Lite for fans of the old GameBoy or GameBoyColor, and newer / younger gamers. The handheld fits nicely, is more portable, and isn't as much of a pocket crunch if lost damaged during your travels. I'd easily throw this in my carry-on luggage, or commuter bag for a road-trip, business trip or leisure travel. Its the perfect size to keep younger riders entertained on a journey, so definitely a great option for families with multiple children, or young / nostalgic adults from the 80s, and 90s. I would recommend.

Outstanding portable switch. Perfect size! Love the color! I really hate the original switch joycons. They constantly break. This is a good fix to that issue but it doesn't work on the TV, but you don't have to worry about a broken joycon

I purchased this for my son, he’s not really played video games or shown interest until this year and it’s the perfect starter. Fits in his hands the display is really great and it’s been relatively easy to teach him to use the controls. He also loves the color.

if you wanna play anywhere and not worry about plugging into a screen ever its great. compact and cute and the colors are fun. reminds me of a psp in size. i play it every day!

This is the third switch I’ve bought. Since buying the first one a year ago my other two kids have become interested also varying in ages from 14 to 20. No issues besides how hard it is to hunt them down since they are out of stock constantly. Worth the price!

Great device! Nintendo is the master of handheld games and this is no exception! Very comfortable and fun!

Great option for my grandkids, they love it. It has been great for older kids, now going to get one for younger grandson

Great pick-up for a replacement of the regular switch. If you don't mind the handheld only option, this is definitely worth it. I purchased this for my girlfriend as a birthday gift so she can binge her life away on Animal Crossing, and she can't get enough of it.

My daughter plays on this thing all the time. She loves it.

My grandson loves his Nintendo Switch. He hasn’t put it down. He finds all the latest games he wants at the Best Buy store we shop at. It’s always a fun outing for him.

Bought for my young son for a present he loves to play and likes that it can go everywhere with him.

I use this switch when I travel as I have another one that stays at home in the dock. Having the smaller size and slightly longer battery life make an excellent companion switch!

Wish you could plug this into the tv but I guess that’s why it’s $100 less then the full switch at 299. Daughter loves this console

Bought it for my grandson who is learning how to play games. Go for young kids.

The Nintendo Switch plays an assortment of games. It is a reasonably small and light weight game controller for young children. It is portable so it can be taken with the child when going to a friend's home or even into another room in the house.

Initially I skipped on the first original switch, but when I saw this lite version come out I knew I just had to have it. It reminds me of my old turquoise GBC. This is as good as everyone says it is! Tho all you get in the box is the game and charger only, wish it came with more accessories.

Great to hold and play, albeit the screen is a little small.
