I bought this for my little brother and he absolutely loves it. I got the light because I feel the detachable joycons break easily and is just a gimmick. Splitting the controller for a smaller one to play double plays uncomfortably unless you got tiny hands. I feel the light is a lot more travel friendly and durable which is perfect for my little bro.

Such a worthwhile purchase, I'm so happy I got this. I initially bought it for animal crossing but I've purchased many games since and it's nice to bring on the go. I do wish it was able to connect to docks but that's what you get for the lite version I guess. Completely worth the money!

Fiancé loves it. She was ecstatic that we were able to get the coral pink color. It was all sold out everywhere else. Product got here before the estimated date and works well. Switches may not have the processing power and graphics of its contemporaries, but it makes up for it in its console exclusives and portability.

This is our 2nd switch. Much lighter and easier to use for the little guys hands. We’ve bought 3 replacement switch controllers because they wear them out. We hope this new switch will be better. The importing of save data was a little tricky because I had to setup child accounts. But after that, it was a simple setup.

Love this one more than the regular switch! It mobile and easy, lightweight and perfect for on the go!

This system is way lighter and more comfortable to use portably than the original switch. Easier to carry around and can fit in your pocket. The original switch feels clunky and outdated next to the lite. It does lack the tv docked mode feature but you’re not buying the switch lite for that reason. Overall, excellent system. Turquoise is the way to go.

This was a gift for my cousin and he absolutely loved it. I think the Switch light is a better option for someone who wants to use it everywhere since the whole system is one piece. It's a good size, easy to hold and use. He loved the color especially. Would buy one for myself if I had the time to actually use it!

Purchased for my young daughter as she is not much of a TV gamer, but loves handhelds. Also the smaller size of th Nintendo switch lite seems to fit better in her hands then the full size Nintendo switch. She really enjoys the switch lite. Also the color variety I purchased teal was a huge hit. Would recommend to any gamer...or anyone thinking they may want to get into Nintendo at a cheaper price point but still get all of the value and fun. Only thing to mention. Save yourself 20 to 30 dollars to pick up a micro SD as th switch lite has a very small hard drive only large enough for a few games...

I am totally loving my Nintendo switch. It has been very fun to have even at my age of 34. lol I always loved gaming and hand held games and the switch lite suits my wants at this moment. It is not as big as the original and is the perfect size for a hand held game. I am loving the Coral color also since I am a girly girl!

Full disclosure: I'm a bit of a Nintendo fanboy and have been my whole life. But I really do like this little guy. I bought a Switch on launch day way back when. My (now) 8 year old kid has been playing it recently and wanted one of his own. He saved up his birthday money and picked one of these up when it came out. We're both pretty happy with it. Build quality so far seems good, it remains to be seen if the analog sticks will have the same drifting issues that have plagued the original Switch. Screen is nice and bright, and yes it's on the smaller side but certainly everything is legible. Battery life could be better, but that's to be expected with the compact size. Speaking of which, it's perfect for his 8 year old hands but could be problematic for adult hands. Only downside is no rumble or TV out, but he doesn't care about that. Nintendo has finally joined the 20th century with regards to online accounts, so multiple Switches and digital games isn't as big a deal as it used to be with say the 3DS. In fact, I believe the Nintendo set-up is basically the same as PS4. I think I'd still recommend the original Switch for an initial buy, but for a secondary unit or multiples, I'd recommend this.

For the casual gamer this is the best Switch on the market. Good battery life and easy to learn. Especially great for non gamers to have fun with on the go.

I have the original switch but its not very comfortable in handheld and the buttons are small so i got this. The lite is really the better version if you like handheld mode. Its more ergonomic, has a dpad and longer battery life. Get this and you won’t regret it.
