1st time nitendo switch buyer bought for my kids would recommend they love it

Smaller version is nice and returning to the full handheld experience without the heavy weight or the oversized screen, this version of the switch makes me jealous not to have for myself. Very convenient and easy storage for true on the go handheld gameplay and less worries of having joy con issues.

My son loves this item. We orginally purchased to help keep him busy with a long road trip and now he is using in the car and at home. Love all the kid appropriate games.

My child enjoys using it. Easy parental control setup. Unfortunately, it did not survive falling in the toilet. So just know if you are getting it for a child, it may not survive them.

My daughter loves her switch. I got it for her for her birthday and i have been able to even add learning games for her to play and don't have to worry about joy cons breaking

Picked this unit up for our 3rd child for Christmas. This is the 3rd Nintendo Switch we have bought and there really isn't much more we can say accept that the Nintendo switch lite is probably the best video game system ever made. The first party games by Nintendo are some of the best games for the system and are great for kids. Our kids like to play games such as Mario Kart and Splatoon online with and against each other.

Love my Nintendo Switch Lite! Extremely lightweight and have some great games, including some from the original Nintendo System. Would definitely recommend.

Durable enough for kids, portable and sleek enough for adults. If you don't want a system to connect to your TV and just want to play handheld, this works great. But if you even have the slightest reservation about wanting to play Nintendo games on your TV or want to play with family and friends, just spring for the regular Switch. This is definitely a personal device, not one to share with others.

Its really great! You can't stream, throw it up on your TV, and it doesn't have long lasting battery but you can play on it as it charges and bring it with you anywhere.

Bought it for our 4yr old as a Christmas gift. So he hasn’t used it yet but he has tried it in store. The smaller form factor of the Switch Lite is easier for him to play with it. Also the fact it comes in one piece without the removable joycons like the normal Switch is better for smaller kids, i.e. less prone to damage/failure. I would still recommend to buy a protective case for accidental drops, a screen protector to prevent scratches and a carrying case for travelling with all the games and the charger.

Flew with my grandson who had one and got to play his. I enjoyed it so much, I bought one the day I got home. Took my first trip with it and loved it even got to watch Hulu on it.

What a way to surprise a kid! This switch was the best gift my child was never expecting. The look in his eyes, the giant smile, it was so heartwarming to see the joy that endless hours of entertainment could bring. It also supports responsibility for kids, learning to care for and maintain something valuable to them. Glad I chose this as a gift over that submersible trip.
