Customer service worked quickly to repair my previous switch when I brought it to the GeekSquad. When they notified be that it could not be fixed, they promptly replaced it with a new one. The product has been working well since and my daughter is happy they exchanged it for the color she really wanted.

They each have their own color and what a lifesaver this has been. They all were very excited and enjoy playing them without fighting with each other.

so happy with my switch lite. i have small hands so i always had problems with hand cramps using the regular sized switch. switching to the switch lite has helped with that immensely and now i have zero hand cramps playing my games. it’s also easier to travel with due to its smaller size

The Switch Lite in Gray was mainly purchased in this color because we had it go directly into a case. Same with the other switch lites, these little guys are amazing for the kids.

Bought these as Christmas gifts for a five and 6 year old as their first gaming system other than what they’ve played on their Amazon Fires. They were shipped fast with no damage. They’ve played their older sister’s before with no issues and picked it up quickly. Price point is apperopriate.

I got this so i could play animal crossing, brawl and a few other games with my daughter. I didn't need the full on switch so this has worked out perfectly. Its a lot lighter and my daughter is constantly trying to snag it to play her games on since she likes that the controls are permanently attached.

Absolutely love it! The only thing I can say is I put a case on it to have better grip. It’s a great Nintendo handheld! Great battery life and with the subscription for a year for only $20 you get multiple new and snes games!
