I purchased this gift for my son as a birthday present. We already have a regular Nintendo switch, but I wanted to get him something that would be on the go for when we are on trips. Works the same as the regular Nintendo switch accept you cannot hook it up to the TV. Other than that he loves it. Remind me of a technology advanced Game Boy

Fun to play! Great battery life and light weight. Easy to travel with and download games to.

I’ve had the original gameboy, the gameboy advance, a Nintendo DS and 3DS, but I believe this Switch Lite is my favorite handheld gaming console that I’ve owned! I wasn’t expecting it to be touchscreen, but some aspects of it are touchscreen and I love that! The screen is a lot bigger too than I expected! It’s a very comfortable console to hold and it’s very user friendly! Also, the coral color looks exactly like the picture online!

Love the green color. The Switch lite is pretty cool for travel. No worrying if you left a joy con behind. It’s pretty simple and compact design makes easy to take when you’re on the go. I took my kids on a flight to Florida and it was so easy to slip in an already stuffed bag. With no problem, my kid was able to whip it out and play for a few hours and then put it away when we landed.

The switch lite is very nice if you want to play games on the go. Handled all Switch games fairly well that I've played. Only cons (which are technically features): -- No ability to connect to TVs via HDMI cables. Not just the Regular switch Docks, but also any socks that connect via USB-C are not compatible. --joy cons are the same as the switch. It will likely get stick drift at some point. I recommend the protection plan so it can be repaired or replaced if needed. --Capacity is small for memory. This is easily fixed with a microSD thankfully. Otherwise, its a good system that works as intended: a light weight version of the regular switch.

The device mores like a charm, but the storage is a little on the downside of things. I have one game and it took almost half of the available storage.

I won't lie, I was hesitant to trust this new "non switchable" switch. I must say though, I was pleasantly surprised. It fits in the hand very well and is noticably lighter. The battery life is better than the switch and I have not noticed and degrade in graphical properties. It does get a bit hot during prolonged gameplay but not so much to when you feel like it's going to ruin the system or need to put it down. Overall, great purchase.

Bought it for my son to travel with, since we are on the road so much. Tucks away perfectly in his backpack, super light and great size for his hands (he is 11), and keeps the charge for quite a while. Super happy with it!

Kids friendly like a hand held computer. Although it is expensive never went on sale.

Very nice product. Lightweight, durable, kid-friendly. Good brightness on screen. It does have a glare so Id recommend an anti-glare screen protector. All controls work great. Ours is handled by an 8yr old and holds up well. It has a sturdy build that doesn't damage easily. Comes with a charging cable. It charges within a half hour at around 5% battery and lasts for about 3-4 hours after heavy usage. That's long enough for our kid to take a charging break and get off of it for a while. This switch lite is easier for younger kids so they don't have to worry about handling the removable handles that need recharged after a while. This is a single device that has less pieces to worry about. The downside is not being able to switch to the TV display to play their games. But this one is the more durable option for on-the-go playing. It's smaller and much lighter than the regular switch.
