daughter loves her xmas present it was actually how it was suppose to be

I love everything abt it. Bought it 2 yrs ago and it still working great. The only con is since it’s handheld, it makes my hands numb if playing too long

Ordered for my 5 year old and I want to play it myself!! Perfect size and it came the very next day after I ordered it vs. 2 days like stated.

This was a Christmas gift to myself. I am not the usual demographic, 50+ and purchased this to play ACNH. I was concerned that the graphics would not be large or clear enough. I did an in store comparison to the Switch and there really isn't that much size difference. The graphics are fantastic, and the switch lite is easy to hold. I love the bright yellow. I purchased basic ear buds to use with it and they work fine. I can find a quiet corner and escape to my deserted island.

I absolutely fell in love with Nintendo Switch when I bought this. First off the games and the fun factor is an easy 10 out of 10 in my opinion. If you plan on playing mostly by yourself, and want something for on the go this MIGHT be perfect for you. The downside for me is the full size version just offers so many more options for just a bit more $. After a couple of weeks I realized quickly the extra $100 for how much more the full size switch offers ( it’s own kick stand for the screen, connect and play on a tv, a bigger screen on the console it self, detachable controllers making 2 player an option right out of the box without buying extras, and is also still very portable) was a much better option for me personally. I feel like when compared to what you get for $300 with the full sized version the Lite is a little overpriced at $200. It’s hard to even say it’s not worth $200. Just For an extra $100 you get way more options of how to play. I ended up selling this after 3 weeks and buying the full sized version.

Can interface with a Nintendo Switch without all the bells and whistles. Great purchase for a 6 year old.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday 2 years ago and she still loves it and plays her games with it.

I already had the Nintendo Switch but only played it on my TV because I felt the actual console was a weird size to play handheld. So when they came out with the Switch Lite, I had to try it. It's legit the perfect size to fit in your hand, feel like you can still see everything on the screen, and not feel like it's too big. I travel a lot for work and it's nice to be able to throw this in my bag to play on the plane or in my hotel and not take up too much space or have pieces that can come off.

I bought the lite after gifting my original to some family. The lite is a beautiful golden color and runs just as smoothly as the original, but there is one issue that I found out is common with the switch. Occasionally the left joy-con will register input even when you're not moving it, which is very annoying when you're playing a game that has running mechanics and the person you're controlling starts going in the opposite direction (which happened to mine 3 hrs in). It's because the analog sticks on the left joy con are more used in games, its wear and tear. This can happen in any version of the switch, but it's so much easier just to pop off one singular joy con and have it replaced than to have to submit your entire console to get fixed. I'd recommend just spending the extra 100 for the original.

Bought it so my kids wouldn’t have to share a singular Nintendo Switch. This drastically cut down the chances of a knife fight breaking out in the backseat on our yearly pilgrimage to my wife’s parent’ house.

User friendly. I like being able to play on the go.

I would give this item five stars! But unfortunately, Nintendo has made setting these things up very confusing! My kids love them and me and my husband even plan on getting another one for our oldest for his birthday in two weeks! The problem I have is that when you link other consoles to one Nintendo account, you can't play the same game simultaneously on all consoles unless you use different users on the consoles. I also assumed that adding new users is kinda like a profile on Hulu or Netflix. But no, every new user needs to be linked or have a Nintendo account and you can't link all users on one device to the same Nintendo account! Smh it's overly complicated for no reason ! It makes me rethink purchasing another one.

My child loves the Nintendo Switch. The setup process is very intuitive and easy enough for child in her age group to handle alone. The gaming library is chock-full of hit games, so you won't be bored. And if you happen to find a friend or another Switch owner to play with, it gets even better. That said, its graphics can't compete with the ray-tracing and 4K-ready visuals of the PS5 or Xbox Series X. Plus the Switch's small storage means you'll be more reliant on swapping game cards, or buying external storage. I would definitely recommend this for anyone of any age group wants to build sharpen their mental acuity and improve their hand dexterity.

Great to take on the road and play everywhere you go

This is a great handheld option! My 7 year old loves her new switch!

Bought this for my girlfriend. She was so happy. And after some playing with it, she prefers it to the original switch. She says the controls feel more comfortable and the screen size hardly makes a difference.
