The Switch Lite is more portable and weighs less than the original Switch making it more suitable for kids to use. And less moving parts that can be misplaced.

Lots of games, never really bored with it, its capped at 30 frames just be aware and the buttons are in a weird position but still fun to have. Battery could be better but a full charge should get you a few hours of play.

The Grandchildren loved the last one so much we bought another one. We wanted to get away from the tablets and have something that we could take on the go. They love it! and we have Spoiled Grandchildren. We've bought a total of 6!

I bought this specifically for Animal Crossing and it works great. It has a battery life of about 4-5 hours, although it probably depends on what game you play. It’s super light weight, the screen is big and great quality, and the controls are easy to use.

My son loves this. His older sister has the regular version and always steals hers. Now he has his own and there is way less fighting! Just know that there are differences between the lite and the regular so before you buy, look at both.

So my son decided at first he didn’t want one. Then saw his brothers and I were having a blast with ours. This was the color I wanted but couldn’t find them Best Buy with the win. Found it and traded him for my charcoal color one.

Ive had mine for about a month now and I honeslty really like mine. Its better to get a regualr switch first and then get one if these.

The switch is perfect for on the go gaming. The vast library of games along with the gaming power this system provides in such a small package.

My grandson loves to play it. And the cost was affordable. This was his 10th birthday gift, and he cant put it down.

I can't think of a better gift to give a child that loves video games. Nintendo has all the kid friendly games and the price point for the Switch Lite isn't bad.

This switch is really fun for playing games. Just wish it had a better battery on it.

My son likes it. It is light and easy to play with. It doesn’t take much space. It is very convenient where he is at the hospital. He doesn’t get bored with the cartridges il he chose to play with.

I bought this for my 9 year old son as a Christmas gift. He lost his original switch when we traveled outside the country. This Nintendo Switch Lite is awesome. Now, my son takes it anywhere we go. It’s an awesome buy for me as well because I dont have to worry about him losing the controllers. The games that we previously bought works with Lite so it’s not a waste. Price is just right. Surprisingly, the battery life last for a long time. My son is glued to this thing for hours. Maybe that’s not a good thing. But, all in all, your kids, or you yourself will love this Switch.

Games are expensive, you can’t do multiplayer with the handheld one. If you’re just looking to play a couple of games then this is great, but the game cards for it are just as expensive as Xbox games.

No issues with this system. The Pokemon design on the back is well done and beautiful to look at. It's not a bold design but when it catches the light you can see it very well. The blue and magenta (not red) face buttons are a really wonderful touch! This is a great item as both a secondary to the original Switch or just your 1st Switch ever. While it does not hold on to any finger prints or anything- to preserve your item for a long future, get a clear case for it and travel case. Then you are 100% set! As with all Switch Lites so far the sound is okay, but I recommend headphones/earbuds.

Bought this console for my brother since I was getting myself the regular Switch. This is ideal for kids and pre-teens, as it perfectly fits in their hands. I would buy this console again if I have the chance.
