    I bought this for a 7-year-old for his birthday. I thought he was still too young to get the one with the removable controllers. He did not even complain about it. He loved it and has been able to keep up with it better than he would have with the 300 dollars one. It has easy parental control and if you download the app you can review everything your child has been doing including the time they have spent on the device, parents can also set the age and time limits for the device through their phone.
