    I bought this for my mother-in-law who has logged quite a few hours of Animal Crossing on it in the last two years. I was really impressed with it initially but after some use the quality just isn't there. Just like the joy-cons on the regular Switch, these joysticks also suffer from drift. Since it is out of warranty, Nintendo wants $100 to fix it. Half the cost of the unit! I had previously had drifting joy-cons repaired for free so I was taken aback by the cost. So, just keep that in mind if you take the plunge. It is really costly to fix it when it fails.
